Training
O.k the rules might suck but they have to be done. I will start with training rules.
- There are seperate excercises for each (HP,PL,SD)
- Pushups(HP) can only be done 500 times
- Ki waves(PL)Can only be done 250 times
- Running (SD)Can only be done 500 times
- When you send your excercises tell me how many you did in the email or in the sucject
