Training

O.k the rules might suck but they have to be done. I will start with training rules.

  1. There are seperate excercises for each (HP,PL,SD)
  2. Pushups(HP) can only be done 500 times
  3. Ki waves(PL)Can only be done 250 times
  4. Running (SD)Can only be done 500 times
  5. When you send your excercises tell me how many you did in the email or in the sucject
