Zarbon caught himself running down the halls of Frieza’s ship. He slowed himself to a steady walk, but he could hardly contain it. Before he knew it, he was standing in front of the doors to the royalty suite. He knocked on the door, and waited, but no one answered. He tried again, still no answer. So, with all of his courage, he typed in the code to open the door. (It was on the paper too.) The doors opened, and he walked inside. Zarbon had never been in the royalty suite before, and it was breathtaking. A large chandelier hung over his head. To his right was the master bedroom and bathroom, and to his left were a kitchen, and an office. In front of him was a large gym, all he saw through the door was a full weight set, and a treadmill. He walked into the bedroom to look for Kariosa. “Princess?” he asked, looking through the bedroom, and then to the kitchen and the office. Suddenly, a sound echoed through the suite. “Princess?” he asked. He heard it again, it sounded like a grunt. It was coming from the gym; he walked through the gymnasium part of the gym, and into the large sparring room. He peered inside, and heard the grunt again. He looked up, and saw someone floating in the air, kicking and punching in the air. Her tail was hanging loosely, and her back was turned to him. Suddenly, she stopped, and floated to the ground. She wiped the sweat from her brow, and turned around. She ran smack into Zarbon, who was holding a towel, and had a smile on his face. She looked up at him and smiled back. She took the towel, and wiped her face. “Thanks,” she said. Her voice was like music to Zarbon’s ears. She had the slight Australian accent, much like Zarbon’s. She finished wiping her face, and looked up at him again. “So, what’s the name of my miracle towel boy?” she asked. He looked down at her, “My name is Zarbon, I am going to be your trainer.” he answered. She smiled again, “Finally! I’ve been waiting for a trainer! I thought I was never gonna get one!” she asked, walking by Zarbon. He followed her out of the gym, and she passed a dresser with many picture frames on it. Kariosa continued onto her room, but Zarbon stopped at the dresser, and picked a picture up. “Is this you?” he asked, examining the photo. Kariosa popped her head out of the side of the door. She walked up to him, and stopped, leaning on his shoulder. Zarbon looked at her, and blushed. She smiled, looking at the photo, “Yeah,” she said, “that’s me, when I was young.” she said, pointing to a small girl, who was very adorable. “And right there is Vegeta” she said with a laugh. It made Zarbon laugh as well, seeing the mighty Prince Vegeta as a small child, sucking his thumb. “And that’s my father.” she finished, pointing at King Vegeta, who much resembled his son. “You must miss him, since you’re so far away and all.” Zarbon said, looking back at Kariosa. She smiled up at him, “Yeah,” she said, taking the picture, “but Frieza said that Vegeta and I can visit him when ever we go to Vegeta.” She placed the picture down, next to a large medallion. “What’s that?” Zarbon asked, pointing to the large medallion. She picked up the medallion, and held it up to him, “This is my medallion, it’s important to me. It has the Sayian royalty symbol on it. My mother gave I to me.” She said, placing it back in its glass case, next to a picture of Queen Saraheed, Kariosa’s beautiful mother. Zarbon looked at Kariosa, “You must miss her as well,” he said, gazing at Kariosa’s beauty. She looked up at him, “Yes, I do, she died when I was just an infant.” She looked back at her mother, but Zarbon was still fixed on Kariosa. “You resemble her greatly,” he said, “you have her eyes,” he said, gazing deeply into Kariosa’s. He could have starred at her all day, but she snapped him out of it. “So, when will our first session be?” she asked. “Oh!” he stuttered, “it will be tomorrow, at 9 A. M. Is that alright?” he asked. Kariosa smiled up at him, “That’s perfect,” she said. She slyly walked up to Zarbon, resting her hands on his chest. He looked down at her, and blushed. Kariosa’s race was a somewhat tall breed (asides from Vegeta!: D), as was Zarbon’s race, the Zigonians. She smiled up at him, “Has anyone ever told you that you are a very handsome man?” she asked. Zarbon blushed a bit more, and smiled, “Yes, women that I’ve met have told me that.” She smiled, and patted his chest. She walked to her room, “I’m gonna take a shower, see you tomorrow, Zarbon,” smiled back at him, before she closed her door. He smiled back, and headed for the door. As, he walked to his quarters, he wished it were tomorrow, so he could see the princess again. |
