Chi chi is a paranoid woman. No doubt about it. She is always concerned about her husband Goku, and their son, Gohan. But, in a way, it's shows how much she cares for them. Another reason that I believe that Chi chi really cares for Gohan is because she is always wanting him to study. She really wants him to be smart and get a good education, but, that's not for Gohan. It's not what he wants to do. Chi chi just hasn't gotten to grips with that. She wants her boy to be safe. So, in short, I think Chi chi doesn't really mind Gohan fightning, she just doesn't want him getting hurt.
