Dragon ball rules

Dragonballs are only on Earth, Namek, Frieza, Vegeta, Planet of the Dragons

you cannot make the same wish on the same person more than once in a row. ex: (Namek db's 3 wishes) I wish for dbl stats, dbl stats, dbl stats for me. This wont happen for you or anybody else. Db's take 10 days to recharge.
Namek- 3 wishes
Earth-2 wishes
Vegeta-2 wishes
Frieza-1 wish
Planet of the Dragons-1 wish

You can wish for these things:

Double stats
Any item (unless otherwise told,also under $3000)
Any move(depending on recomendations)
Wish somebody back
Wish group of people back(only with Earth dragonballs)
Wish for $3,000
Wish back a destroyed Planet and choose a new move to be able to learn there ( this counts as one wish)
Come back to life 3 days after you die Immediately, can choose planet to return to (Can only wish for this 4 times)-you lose all your money when you die no matter what
