Saiyan

| The
"default" Saiyan is characterized as looking like a human, except
they have tails. They all also have dark hair (black or dark brown). Trunks'
hair is lavender because his mother is an Earthling. Also, all Saiyans
have the ability to transform into Oozarus at the site of the full moon.
Who is able to reach this level: All Saiyans, naturally. |

Super
Saiyan
|
|
The first form of
Super Saiyan produces a stronger and faster Saiyan. The physical attributes
are gold (blonde) hair that rises in a spiky fashion, green eyes, and
an increase in muscle mass. Strangely, the Saiyan tail doesn't change
color along with the hair. |

Super
Saiyan Level 2
|
| The
second form of Super Saiyan is not much different that the first in the
physical department, except the hair is spikier and more defined, and
the muscle mass increases a bit more. Also, speed and power are once again
increased. Who is able to reach this level: Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Goten, Trunks, Vegetto, Gotenks, Gogeta |

Super
Saiyan Level 3
|
| The
third form of Super Saiyan has more of a distinct change of appearance.
First, the hair is MUCH longer, and hangs down instead of up. There are
no eyebrows present and once again, muscle mass, power, and speed are
once again greatly increased. Who is able to reach this level: Goku, Vegeta, Gotenks, Gogeta |

Super
Saiyan Level 4
|
| The
fourth and final form of Super Saiyan is VERY much different than the
rest. The hair returns to it's natural color and state, but it's a bit
longer and fuller. The biggest difference is the presence of red fur on
the Saiyan's body. Also, dark red rings appear around the eyes, which
are now a different color (Goku's is yellow, Vegeta's is green). If the
tail wasn't present on the Saiyan before transforming to this level, the
tail returns. Who is able to reach this level: Goku, Vegeta, Gogeta |
