To train here you must be on earth. Cost $10,000. Daily stat increase:

He will teach you the ability flying if you are strong enough by the end of your training.

You must be on vegeta to train here. Cost $11,000. Daily stat increase:

He will teach you the ability of your choice if you are strong enough to learn it.

King Cold
You must be on planet Frieza to train here. Cost is $15,000. Daily stat increase is:

He will teach you the ability space travel if you are strong enough.

Janemba
You must be in hell to train here. No cost. Can only do this training once. Daily stat increase is:

He will teach you the ability phasing if you are strong enough.

King Kai
You must be in the next dimension to train here. Cost nothing. Can do this training twice. Stat increase is:

You must be on planet Namek to train here. Cost $10,000. Daily stat increase is:
