Kooler is the son of King Cold and the brother of Frieza.I don't know much more than what is here.

Kooler in DBZ movie 5:

He comes to Earth in Movie 5 to take revenge for his father's and brother's death. In the end of movie 5, Trunks blasts him and practically destroys him.

Kooler in DBZ movie 6:

In Movie 6 a scientist takes in the remains Kooler and rebuilds him into Metal Kooler. After, he fights the Z fighters once again to make them pay for what they have done to him. In the end, Trunks kills him again for good.
