Nappa:
Nappa was the fellow warrior and Saiyan with Vegeta. He is seen very mildly in this series, when Hell opens up he escapes aling with other dead warriors. Vegeta meets up with him and kills him again.

Oolong:
He’s a shape-shifting pig who joined forces with the good guys. He attended the same shape-shifting school as Puar, but cheated to pass. Oolong can only change shape for a short period of time and then has to rest. Not much of a fighter, he mostly hangs out at Master Roshi’s home.

Ox-King:
This giant of a man is Chi-Chi’s father. Once a great fighter, he trained under Master Roshi alongside Goku’s adoptive father, Gohan, but he rarely fights any more. Ox-King trained his daughter to be a formidable fighter, so that she could protect herself and her family. He visits Goku and Chi-Chi’s house often and enjoys eating meatloaf.

Pan:
Pan is Goku's grandaughter. She is the most powerful female in all of Dragon Ball. Pan is 1/4 Saiyan, and she is Gohan and Videl's daughter. Pan is very adventurous, and can get into trouble, usually with Trunks and Goku. Trunks, Goku, and Pan go many places together in search of the Black Star Dragon Balls in GT.

Rirudo:
Rirudo was a subordinate of Dr. Myuu. His mission was to track Goku down and retrieve the Dragon Balls. He has a unique talent, the ability to turn things into metal. When finally meets Goku, there is a long battle between them and Rirudo dies by the hand of Goku. He is later seen again when Hell opens and all the villains come back. After partially turning Gohan into metal he is killed by Goten and Trunks.

Ryan Shenron:
Dragon of the two black stars Dragon Ball. The negative energy that created him is the same that was used to revive Bora, Upa's father. This dragon got his power from a marsh.

Ryuu Shenron:
Dragon of the six black stars Dragon Ball. The negative energy that created her is the same that was used when Oolong wished for a pair of women's panties. This is a "female" dragon and is able to create big and strong whirl winds.

San Shenron:
Dragon of the three black stars Dragon Ball. This is the Ice dragon and Suh's brother.

Shenron:
Shenron is the eternal dragon of the Earth Dragon Balls. He is summoned many times throughout the Dragon Ball series. Shenron is the dragon responsible for granting many pivotal wishes in the series, including: Oolong's wish for women's panties; restoration of Piccolo Daimao's full power; revival of Goku for the fight with Vegeta and Nappa; Bulma's wish to revive the people killed by Majin Vegeta; and the revival of Bora. Shenron splits into the seven Evil beings in the Evil Shenron Saga of Dragon Ball GT. He merges with Goku at the end of GT, granting him ultimate power.

Shao:
Shao is a bumbling, furry ball of comic relief. He hasn’t carried out a successful mission yet, but Pilaf keeps him around so that he’s not surrounded by anyone too competent to overthrow him. A warrior and thief by trade, he is boastful when on top and a chicken when at risk. He helps Emperor Pilaf get the Black Star Dragon Balls to wish Goku back to his child form.

Shu Shenron:
Dragon of the four black stars Dragon Ball. The negative energy that created him is the same that was used to make Piccolo's father young again. This is the sun dragon, his temperature can arrive at 6000° C. After Goku turns into SS4, Shu changed his aspect becoming bigger and golden yellow.

Super #17:
Super #17 is the fusion between Android #17 and Hell Android #17. He is extremely strong and manages to defeat all of the Z Warriors. He also betrays Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu. He faces Super Saiyan 4 Goku and seems to have the battle won. Thanks to Android #18's distraction, Goku is able to do his Dragon Fist attack, thus breaking his power absorbtion. He then fires a Kamehameha to finally kill Super #17.

Tien:
Tien is Chiaotzu's chief bodyguard. His powers revolve around deception and multiplying various body parts. Tien, even though he makes few appearances later on, still plays a decent roll in Dragon Ball.

Trunks:
Trunks becomes the CEO of Capsule Corporation, but doesn't like the pressures of an office job so he often runs off flying through the air. When Goku is turned into a child, Vegeta makes Trunks accompany Goku and Pan to search the galaxy for the Black Star Dragon Balls. After all his space adventures, Trunks turns out to be a responsible young man.

Turtle:
Master Roshi’s friend and long-time companion, the good-natured Turtle lives in the Kame House with the elderly hermit. Turtle’s calming wisdom often serves to keep Master Roshi in line during his moments of weakness.
