Majin Buu:
Majin Buu was conjured into existence long ago by the evil wizard Bibidi. A powerful fighter who has destroyed many planets in his past, Majin Buu’s body is “rubbery” giving him great advantage in battles. He has now been unleashed by Bibidi’s son, Babidi, to destroy Earth. Like many of the bad guys in Dragon Ball Z, Majin Buu exists in multiple forms. The series starts off with child-like Majin Buu, in his more evil being called Evil Buu and in an even more powerful form called Super Buu. He is in his Evil Buu form very briefly before transforming to Super Buu. Child-like, Majin Buu does not have a strongly developed sense of good and bad. He agrees to stop hurting people when he discovers it bothers Hercule. Unfortunately the threat to Earth is not over. For from Majin Buu, Evil Buu emerges. He manages to survive until the end of DBZ, becoming best friends with Mr. Satan, and competing in the World Martial Arts tournament.

Maraikoh:
From the West Quadrant of the Other World. He has to fight Froug at the beginning of the Other World Tournament and beats Froug by throwing him from the ring. His efforts were wasted after Goku decided to triumph over Maraikoh the same way he had taken Froug.

Maron:
Maron was Krillin's girlfriend during the Garlic Jr. Saga. Krillin was really fond of her, so he went in search of a pearl in which he'd ask her to marry him. Despite his efforts he didn't find a pearl to give Maron so he thought she'd be better off with someone else. She tells him that she would've married him if he had just asked her. She isn't seen for a while but returns during the Android Saga. This time Krillin finds out he wasn't her only boyfriend, she then leaves with all 20 of them never to be seen again.

Maron:
Maron is the daughter of Krillin and Android 18. She is born very late in Dragon Ball Z, Maron is named after Krillin's girlfriend of the same name from the Garlic Jr. Saga of Dragon Ball Z.

Master Roshi:
An ancient and wise master of martial arts, Roshi has accumulated great power and knowledge. He’s completely bald and has a long, white beard. Because he has lived for countless years on a deserted island with only a turtle for companionship, he is also called the 'Turtle Hermit.' His home, the Kame house, continues to serve as a gathering place for the good guys. Although he may appear strange, frail and harmless, Master Roshi is indeed a great warrior. He originally trained Goku and Krillin when they were young boys. The first earthling to ever understand how to nurture and control the Power of Light, Roshi trains Goku and Krillin in its use. It was Master Roshi who taught Goku the Kamehameha attack.

Metal Cooler:
After being blasted by Goku into the sun, Cooler's remains are found by the Big Ghetti Star in movie #6. Assimilating his brain into itself, the Big Ghetti Star was now controlled by Cooler. Unable to fight in his badly damaged state, Cooler used the giant metal planetoid to create metal clones of his original form. These replicas, known as Metal Coolers, can regenerate from a reserve of metal in their bodies. Flaws in the Metal Coolers are instantly corrected when they are found, making each robot a very formidable opponent.

Mez:
Mez is the tourist leader in Hell and the guardian of King Yemma's sacred fruit. He is the fastest Ogre in Hell and even Goku was thought to be no match for his speed. Goz(his partner) and Mez have been guarding the fruit for many centuries and only once, has a fruit slipped through them. They are the strongest Ogres in Hell.

Mighty Mask:
He would have been a participant in the World Tournament Three if Trunks hadn’t knocked him out and taken his costume so that Goten and him could fight in the adult division. Trunks and Goten get found out about during the Battle Royale when Number 18 cuts their disguise in half with an energy blast and they get disqualified.

Mikokatsun:
Mikokatsun is one of the Bio Warriors in the Dragon Ball Z movie 2. Like Majin Buu, he's nothing but fat, he can reflect simple attacks and mear punches won't do a thing to him. His only attack is his own obesity, which is an advantage to his part. Goku finishes him off by using Kaioken to go through him(like the Dragon Fist Attack).

Minosha:
Tapion's younger brother, Minosha plays a role in a flashback in movie #13. He is possessed by Hildegarn's lower half, and loses his battle to the monster. Goku avenges him later in the movie.

Mr. Popo:
Mr. Popo is the servant of Kami. He has been on Earth longer than the present Kami, and will remain to serve the next guardian of Earth. He helps Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan get to Namek by showing Bulma the location of Kami's old ship. Though small and silly in appearance, Mr. Popo is a powerful fighter, and wise, truthful and reliable. He assists Kami in saving the Earth from Garlic Jr.

Mr. Satan (AKA Hercule):
Mr. Satan has always been a champion at gaining credit for himself. He is not always the tough guy he appears to be, in fact he can be quite cowardly. He was the World Martial Art’s Champion of the previous tournament and manages to win the title again by doing a side deal with Android 18, the other finalist for the championship title. Despite his faults, he does the Earth a good turn. He befriends Majin Buu eventually convincing Majin Buu to stop hurting the people of Earth. Unfortunately, this pledge does not last when Majin Buu becomes angry because his puppy is hurt.

Mrs. Brief:
Mrs. Brief is the wife of Dr. Brief and the mother of Bulma. She has the sunniest disposition in the series, and is impecably nice to everyone. She even digs Vegeta when she first meets him. And for some reason, she almost never opens her eyes. She has a tendancy to try and feed everyone at all times.

Mustard:
Mustard is one of four evil warriors who are under the command of Garlic Jr. Mustard is a large, brawny, muscled warrior.

Muuri:
Muuri is the elder of a Namekian village, he is wise and brave. Frieza raided the village and killed everyone off except for his son, Dende. Muuri had destroyed the Scouters so they wouldn't locate the other villages, this was the reason for his death, and angry Dodoria finished him off. Muuri is brought back by the Dragon Balls and he becomes the care taker of them after Guru dies.
