Frieza is a merciless tyrant, and strikes fear into the universe. He also has 2 strong family members to back him up, his father, King Kold, and his brother, Coola. He destroys many planets, including Vegeta, and kills off the Saiyan race, afraid of them getting too powerful and overthrowing him. He has done so many things that I can't name them all, but his quest to find all of the Namekian Dragon Balls was ended. He paid for that on Namek, by SSGoku.
