Emperor Pilaf is a dumb person some how. The reason they called him emperor was because he was gonna get all the Dragonballs and wish for the complete control of the world. He had 2 henchmen one girl and a lil dog. They were OBVIOUSLY smarter than him. He was really a comedy person for Dragonball. He fails at the hand of Goku and comes back in Dragonball GT all old and stuff. He wishes Goku as a child again to defeat him easily. more to come soon...
