Gohan's Battle

It is time.
It came for me
and yet so suddenly,
as it did
I knew it was time.
That I finally faced my fears and my destiny,
with a brave heart.
I trudged unto the
battle field and I felt
something I haven't
felt before.
It was peace.
I knew that I couldn't
let everyone down.
everyone that matters
most to me.
Finally, after
all those times
I let my family and friends down
and they suffered
a price to help me.
I felt I owned them something.
Now, I will finally live
up to my expectations
and fight for them.
Fight for those that mattered most to me.
Fight for my planet,
my home.
I will be the warrior
I should have been
and forfill my destiny.
It is time.
