2) Rest well!!
a. Sleep for
at least 8 hours the night before the exam
b. Eat
breakfast, preferably something containing carbohydrates and protein, such as
eggs and toast
3) Relax well!!
a. Try not to
panic during the exam - relax and concentrate. Take the opportunity to
show what you know!
b. Jiggle
your feet to increase blood flow to your brain and hopefully increasing your
score in the process!
