Beer Review: Abita Turbodog
The last of Abita's three flagship brews that I sampled, this offering had a dark color, with a slight ruby red tinge to it, and a medium body, edging towards heavy. Turbodog possesed a strong taste, with slightly bitter notes at the end. I could also smell something strong / bitter in the aroma. Not too hoppy (none at all, actually). Bold, yes, and an okay beer, but this is not my fave from Abita by far! -- Brewmeister G

Dark beer, not too strong, but it has a bitter taste with a nutty aftertaste. Another great beer from Abita. The flavor of Abita beers never overpowers. -- Biermeister Rudolph
