Beer Review: Bornem Double Ale
One of the best beers I have ever had. This 8% nectar of the gods was a suggestion from this excellent waitress at the Brickskeller in the nation’s capitol. According to globalbeer.com, monks would fast on this beer for 40 days in Bornem. This dark beer tastes like a chocolate Necco wafer copulated with a nutty Ale in a cup of Colombian roast. The smooth head on this beer was amazing. I thoroughly recommend this beer for all to try if possible. -- Dopplebock
