Beer Review: Cask-Conditioned Potomac Pale Ale
A solid head rested on this brew, which possessed both a medium-to-lighter color and body. Hops were present on the aroma, and the beer itself was cask-conditioned smooth, with a light hops finish. This worked very well in regards to helping me to polish off the brats I had gotten for dinner. Not an overpowering pale, but certainly a refreshing one that complimented well the mild spiciness of the bratwurst. A good brew! -- Brewmeister G
