Beer Review: Sierra Nevada Wheat Beer
Considering my high esteem for Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale, I anxiously awaited my first taste of this brew. A first look evidenced that this was an unfiltered beer, as it had a cloudy appearance. A first taste revealed a medium body and a good, wheaty taste -- as expected! Further review indicated that this brew possessed a round, filling flavor, with no real bite or aftertaste. In fact, there was almost a 'warm' mouthfeel to this solid brew.
