Beer Review: Victory V10
An off-white head topped this ruby red / orange brew. The medium color was matched by a medium body that gave off a light fruity aroma. The aroma was, in turn, matched by a fruity, very light taste that was smooth and sweet. It almost tasted like lighter version of Chimay Red. There was a pleasant, warm alcohol finish to this brew. A good, though not too complex, beer. I'll be letting my other two bottles age a bit, to see how they mature. -- Brewmeister G
