End user licence agreement

User Rights (1)

Any User, using Blast Technologies programs, has the following rights: (1) to install one (1) copy of each Blast Technologies program onto any computer with the intent to use the program to perform the programs intended action. (2) The User must not under any circumstances use Blast Technologies as a tool in any other program unless expressly written by Joshua Teeter (owner of Blast Technologies) (3) a single back-up copy may be made as long as all software is registered with Blast Technologies please see section 5 for registration. (4) ALL USERS MUST REGISTER USE OF BLAST TECHNOLOGIES PROGRAMS OR ALL USER RIGHTS ARE FORFEIT WITH NO EXCEPTION!

Warranty (2)

Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter provide no warranty of any way, or from on any Blast Technologies programs created by Joshua Teeter or any other programmer or developer, these programs are “Open Source”, and are Freeware. Although any attempts to reverse engineer or change any Blast Technologies program, will forfeits any rights held by the user of the Blast Technologies software. By forfeiting User rights to Blast Technologies all conditions listed are required to be followed with no exception without written consent from Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter: (1)All Blast Technologies software must be removed from all computers the User has installed Blast Technologies software within any storage media. (2) All Back-up copies of Blast Technologies software must be sent back to Blast Technologies at the cost of the sender not the recipient. (3) The User must NOT resell any Blast Technologies software, freeware, shareware, demos under any circumstance, for consequential action see section (4) of EULA.

Basic EULA (3)

Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter hold no responsibilities for lock ups and problems with Blast Technologies programs MUL, MULa, Accountant, Accountant2, Quad, Slots, or any other QBASIC program. If problems occur in Blast Technologies programs Blast technologies hold no responsibilities! All programs by Blast Technologies are property of Joshua Teeter and hold the right to remove the rights of any and all Users at any time. Blast Technologies reserves the right to remove the right to take any programs associated with Blast Technologies. You have the explicit right to use Blast Technologies (open source) programs although you may not use the programs for miss use if Blast Technologies programs are miss used miss treated or changed Blast Technologies holds the right to take any Blast Technologies program(s) back to the corporation. If blast-technologies or Joshua Teeter are required to have Legal assistance it will be at the cost of the Plaintiff(s) or Defendant(s), entirely depending but not restricted to the accuser of Joshua Teeter/Blast Technologies or the defendant against Joshua Teeter/Blast Technologies. You may not under any circumstances use Blast Technologies programs on ay computers other than the computer that the software has been purchased for only one computer can have Blast Technologies programs on it without explicit permission.

consequential action (4)

This is to be determined by Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter with no exception, legal action can be taken at the expense of the User (Defendant or Plaintiff), and the User will be billed for the Full amount of any legal expense needed or used by Blast Technologies or Joshua Teeter, in the case legal advice is needed or used. Plagiarism of Software for school use will result in the instantaneous loss of User rights, and requires express notice to be sent to Joshua Teeter with no exception; in the case plagiarism is an issue legal action is also an available action for Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter, furthermore Blast Technologies and Joshua Teeter, hold the right to move for the User which violated Plagiarism rules to obtain a mark of 0% and any further action required by the School, or Learning Facility in any way.
