This photo was taken on May 31st, 2001 as the aircraft performed a fly-by down Rwy 30 following ceremonies announcing jetBlues new service into Long Beach.
The aircraft had not yet received a name as it had just been delivered on May 10th.

The aircraft under tow to gate 3 in preparation for the inaguaral flight between Long Beach and New York. A Direct TV logo was applied to the upper fuselage just behind behind the jetBlue titles for the press conference and public tour.
