VH-VQF (55092/5077) Del. 08/20/2001 to TWA as N2425A

Seen arriving at Osaka-Kansai International Airport (KIX) in Japan on May 20, 2002 on a fuel stop during it's trip to Austrailia,
is VH-VQF which was signed over to QantasLink on 05/10/2002. The aircraft still wears the basic
Trans World Airlines (TWA) colors and the American Airlines fleet number of (1WC).

VH-VQG (55093/5083) Del. 09/28/2001 to TWA as N426TW

Another interesting combination, VH-VQG still sporting the basic American Airlines color scheme and fleet number (1WD) and QantasLink registration. This aircraft was signed over to the airline on 05/20/2002 and flown from Victorville (VCV) California to Austrailia via Japan. Sitting on the Osaka-Kansai (KIX) ramp, this ex TWA/American Airlines aircraft provides
a unique photo op for the local airliner photographers.
