Since the surprise announcement by Sega of the return of the Panzer Dragoon series, the world has held its breath and waited with great anticipation to see how the new next gen Panzer Dragoon will turn out. Though we've waited what seems like years, finally we have a small break through and can bring you a fee short but sweet details on the amazing Sega Saturn classic now headed for X-Box… Appropriately called Panzer Dragoon X.
The game is set to be a Panzer Dragoon Zwei sequel rather than a Panzer Dragoon Saga sequel. However, although the game will play similar to PDZ with the usual flying and shooting action, PDS style RPG action will also be mixed in with the gameplay. What exactly this means is anyone's guess, as information is quite thin on the ground.
Judging from the recently released screen shots that are now sweeping across the internet, the usual Panzer Dragoon style architecture and mysterious monsters will be making an appearance, much to the delight of fans. The same style music will also be present in the game to soothe your ears!
Though there is no information on characters or plot, a mysterious cloaked figure can be seen in the screenshots, which could be the games evil bad guy! Who knows? We'll get the important info for you all as soon as we can!
Sega are also keen to stress that the X-Box is not going to be the only console to receive the new Panzer Dragoon.. So watch this space!
