The Pantheon

The Pantheon was a bit out of the way but I thought it would be worth the trip.  The Greek/Roman style is similar to that used on the Capitol building.  It was a gathering place for intelligent people and there is a crypt as well with many famous people who contributed to society.  My only disappointment was that the pendulum was temporarily taken out for an exhibit.  Hmmph!

Jon had to walk a long way back for this shot.  Well done Jon!	This big inflated ball is what they took the pendulum out for.  Bring it back soon!!
