Toby grew up outside Washington DC all his life. Until he went to college in the city where he met Kevin and Mike.
Toby is currently very busy with the many things in his life, including his family; his wife, Amanda and their son, Truett Foster, who was born September 4th 1998. He also works with E.R.A.C.E. Foundation that he joined in 1997. And with the new release of his CD coming out November 6th.
Toby released his new Solo CD, “Momentum” on November 6th.
