The Injeel
or "The Original Gospel of Christ"
is repeatedly mentioned
in the Holy Quran.
The Injeel of the Quran does not
refer to the gospels
written by the New Testament Apostles.
Rather,
it is the little book given to Jesus by God.
This Injeel, or Book, or Gospel of Thomas
is the record of the
secret sayings which the living Jesus spoke.

name for what Muslims believe to be the
original Gospel of Jesus. This Injil

Holy Books the Qur'an
records as revealed by Allah,

(possibly the Psalms), the Tawrat
(the Torah, or Tanakh), and the Qur'an.
The word Injil is derived from the
Greek word Εὐαγγέλιον

which means 'good news'...

word Injil occurs twelve times in the Qur'an and refers to the Book
of revelation given to the Prophet Jesus... The word Injil
is used in the Qur'an, the Hadith and early Muslim documents to refer
specifically to the revelations made by God to Jesus...
Muslim scholars generally agree that Injil refers to the true
Gospel, bestowed upon Jesus by God...

Thomas," was unearthed in Egypt in
1945.
Since The Gospel
of Thomas has now been recovered,
is it now time to
consider new possibilities?

have we now recovered the lost
Injeel,
the lost holy
book of Islam, and the
original Gospel of Jesus?

"Let the people of the Injeel (Gospel) judge by what Allah has revealed
therein.

And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed
(then) such (people) are the Fasiqun
(the rebellious i.e. disobedient
(of a lesser degree) to Allah,"

the Injeel given to Jesus.
"To thee (Muhammad) We sent the Scripture in truth,
confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in

Quran proclaims the scriptural authority of the InjeeI.
"We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us
and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma`il, Isaac, Jacob, and the

from their Lord;
we make no distinction between
one and another among them,
and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)." Quran

this Injeel may dramtically influence our understanding of
Scriptures.
Therefore, let us examine This
Lost Holy Book of the Christians, the Muslims,
and
of Jesus the Messenger to the Jews?
The
Injeel is Once Again the Message of Jesus for Us All.
The new ideas revealed through this Injeel
will challenge
even the most devout Muslims.
"And the Jews will not be pleased with thee,
nor will the Christians,
till thou follow their creed.
Say: Lo! the guidance of Allah (Himself) is Guidance," Quran

To the Jewish people say: "People
of the Book, you do not stand on anything,
until you perform
the
Torah and the Gospel
[Injil],
and what was sent down to you from your Lord." Quran

To the Christian say, "the anointing which ye have received of
