Have you read or seen or heard “The Secret” by Rhonda
Byrne? I think it may have been popularized by Oprah’s Book Club.
There is similarity between “The Secret” and the words of Jesus in Thomas?
“The above as the
below,” Thomas 22.
“In earth as in
heaven,” Matthew
6:10.
What is the secret? Some call it the law of attraction.
In the scriptures it is sometimes referred to as the Mystery or the
Secret of Christ. Ephesians
1:10.
God will gather or attract together
all
things into one in Christ.
Making the head as the body. And the body as the head, the above as the below: All things gathered together in One.
All things are in Christ. Inside and outside, Above and below, All things are yours, and you possess all things. 1
Corinthians 3:21-22
This Christ in you is the hope of glory. Colossians 1:27.
In the gospel of Philip, speaking of becoming like Christ, it is said,
“What you see you shall become”.
“As a man thinks in his heart so is he”, Proverbs 23:7.
A good person out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth that which is good? for of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Luke 6:45
"If you bring forth what is within you, what you have will save you." Thomas 70
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:38
“The kingdom of heaven is within you”, Can you see it flowing “In earth as it is in heaven” Luke 17:21, Matthew 6:10.
Make the two into One,Thy will be done, when you make the two into One.
And Jesus said?"What you are looking forward to has come, but you
don't know it." (Thomas 51).

This is “The Secret” or the mystery of his will. (Ephesians 1:9)
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any
thing
according to his will…
we know that we have the petitions that we
desired of
him. 1
John
5:14-15
