The Hall of
SHAME!
Edition No:7
December 2005 / January 2006
Hall of Shame Mission Statement
This site is dedicated to expose those shameful
people who think they can lie, cheat, steal and violate the principles of
basic humanity and remain anonymous. As you are aware, my involvement
with
Cameroon began through the glazed eyes of a tourist. After a sham marriage
and the loss of my life savings to the corrupt judiciary, I now see the
plight of Cameroonians through much clearer eyes. It is through fiercely
protected anonymity, by those involved, that corruption heads down its
unbending path. These are the same people sitting in the pew next to you
in church on Sundays, who are stealing the food from your mouth and your
children’s education on Mondays. I say, lets take a look at these people
and let them enjoy the sleepless nights that they inflict upon others.
Exposure of these peoples' acts of shame is the strongest tool to drive
others away from these evil practices.
Is Cameroon so far down the toilet bowl of
corruption that it is beyond help? I think not, but the fact that many
wear their crimes as medals to their cleverness, and worse, that others
aspire in the same way to achieve like goals is a mentality worthy of
standing against.

Please feel free to send your own corruption or

Consider this your newsletter and within reason there shall be no

Dear Fellow Corruption Haters,
With the end of
the year fast approaching, we’ve
begun to think about future directions for the newsletter. While
the
shame files have been interesting and we’ve
had the opportunity to show some of the insipid creatures involved
in their foul practices, next year we’re taking a more serious look at some specific characters and
putting them through the type of court cases they inflict upon
others.
On that note, I
proudly unveil the emblem representing our newly formed Supreme
Court. While it is a cyber space court in location, all other
aspects are copied from Cameroon law and the operations are the
very same rule of law, as applied in the Fako Appeal Court.
Hall
Of Shame Supreme Court - Rules
1) We accept
unsworn testimony from fictitious witnesses (as per Fako Appeal
Court). It is not necessary to identify yourself to supply
testimony in any of our court matters.
2) We present
testimonies to the public, who shall then be able to click on a
Guilty / Not Guilty facility after reading the testimonies.
3) Hall of
Shame Supreme Court shall accept the verdict of the public,
whereby we shall penalize the persons, if found guilty, according
to their crimes.
4) Court dates
and defendant’s names shall be listed at least 3 months in advance, thus
allowing ample time for testimonies to be received from all
parties.
5) The verdict
of the public shall be final.

Defence Group [HRDG],Cameroon Association For the Rights of the
Child [CARC], Action by Christains for the Abolition of Torture [ACAT]
and Organisation Mondiale Contre La Torture [OMCT] HAS INDEFATIGABLY
BEEN TO THE TASK in exposing Administrative arbitrary arrests and
detentions as well as Judicial buffoonery plus child abuse in
Cameroon.
For
example, Lawyer Blaise caused the Fontem Court to fine the SDO in that
Division, Mboke Godlive Ntua, 500,000frs for violating the human
rights to property of Ambassador Fussong Henry. In turn the SDO
wrote to the Administration saying the Court President, Justice Menyoli Charles Nammi found him guilty because Justice Nammi is a
member of the secessionist SCNC GROUP.and SHAMFULLY ENOUGH, the SW
Procureur General, Chief Justice Mbah Ngie Solomon summoned the
Fontem Court President for questioning thereby tampering with the
independence and integrity of the court.
When former SW Governor, the Police Boss and UB Vice
Chancellor, Dorothy Njeuma deployed troops into UB killing two,
injuring many and raping alot, only Blaise dragged them to court for
violating student rights to strike action. Blaise is either in Tiko,
Kumbo, Bamenda,, Mamfe or Lebialem seeking an Order for the
immediate release of SCNC activists detained illegally by
Administrative authority for holding what they often term illegal
meetings. In a -wake -up case that is going to open the eyes of
Cameroonians against discriminating children with disabilities,
Blaise has sued against the Head teacher of Nursery School Buea
Station for discriminating against a 4-year- child forcefully
ordered to be withdrawn by the parents.

Cameroon Going in 'Right Direction,' Says US Official.
Washington – State Department Deputy Assistant Secretary for
African Affairs Donald Yamamoto summed up his October trip to
Cameroon as the first senior U.S. official to visit in several
years by concluding that "Cameroon is going in the right
direction."
Yamamoto reported that Cameroon is relatively stable, has a
well-functioning government, had fairly good elections and is
trying to do a lot of things positively. Consequently, he said, if
he were to send a message to all of Africa, it would be that the
United States commends Cameroon for its "dramatic improvement" and
urges other countries to follow suit.

|
I must say that
over the last few years I’ve read some pitiful reports, but this
one nearly caused me to choke. In fact, I’m collecting donations
at this time to purchase a compass to send to Mr Yamamoto and
help him overcome his poor sense of direction. My only worry is
that Mr Yamamoto hasn’t reached home yet (maybe he took the
wrong direction) and is lost somewhere in the jungles of South
America. I guess Mr Yamamoto’s itinerary in Cameroon was
similar to the group of ex - US Congressmen who visited Yaounde
at the start of the year and reported back on the transparency
of the election. Though, everyone’s wondering about which
election they reported on! I guess their judgements got
blurred after the first bottle of French champagne.
Mr Yamamoto’s
Yaounde visit
Itinerary:
Fly 1st
class to Yaounde, Cameroon. Travel in motorcade from the airport
to Hilton Hotel. Attend meeting at the palace during the evening
and drink champagne with the ministers. Have 10 minute meeting
with Paul Biya during which Mr Biya passes over the completed
report and also a brown envelope. They discuss the means by
which increased oil production will be exported to the US and
which Swiss bank account payment shall be made. Motorcade to the
airport for a 1st class trip home.
But seriously,
(Yes, I know it is serious) Mr Yamamoto’s report sounds like a
bad sales pitch, along the lines of a 419. Again it won’t be
Paul Biya and his cohorts that will suffer, it will be the
citizens of Cameroon who will pay the price for foreigners greed
for oil and their lack of scruples (human decency) to get it.
Yes, the clincher was there in the report:
"Right now, under 10 percent of our [U.S.] oil
needs come from West Africa; in the next decade that
could go up to over 30 percent," said Yamamoto
Read the article yourself, for me, I’m too disgusted to comment
further on another (US) misrepresentation of the government in
Cameroon and the plight of its citizens. Why does Mr Yamamoto
choose to contradict all that is reported by International
organisations on the Human Right abuses and the poor condition
of Cameroon Government? It would be better that if Mr Yamamoto
wasn’t going to speak the truth, that he say nothing, rather
than humiliate his own government by exposing it’s
unconscionable foreign policy.
All the best, Glenn Wilson

What sort of a bank involves itself in theft of customer’s
money? There are many other instances where SGBC has cheated clients and
then denied responsibility. Then sending their clients down a route of
frustration that results in the matter being stone-walled by the bank.
All the while, the client suffers further losses in a failed attempt to
retrieve what belongs to them, thanks to corrupt Officials and Judges
who play the game with SGBC. While SGBC continues to employ management
who steal from their customers, then the bank (SGBC) should be known for
what it is “A thieves Den”. In August 2003 I wrote to Paul Biya,
describing some of the criminal actions of this bank.
419 scandal at SGBC
Nowhere in the world have I been greeted at a bank with a rifle pointed
at my chest to deny me access to my account. At this point, the bank
hierarchy in Paris, still don’t see that this matter should be investigated though they were made aware
several times, and most recently in April this year. That’s
how corruption and these thieves survive, they ignore the crimes and
connive with each other to cover the actions, rather than investigate
and show they are a credible institution.
Letter to Societe Generale
– April
2005
We shall continue to
approach this banking matter and see if one day SGBC or Societe Generale
will do the honorable thing and take responsibility and investigate the
events, or will they continue to act as an untrustworthy and criminal
institution that should be exposed at every opportunity and shunned by
the public. I’m
sure Western Union (who receive copies of this) doesn’t
appreciate their name tarnished by the action of thieves in the SGBC
banking network. This mail shall also be distributed to Embassies
making them aware not to accept any affidavit or bank records from SGBC,
as they are crooked and cook false documents.

Without
doubt, the
Fako Appeal Court
is one of Cameroon’s most corrupt institutions. It’s not necessary to go
any further than to use its own documentation to prove that point.
Appeal Court Affidavits
Justice
Nana was one of three Judges who determined the removal of a High Court
President, based on an imaginary witness. These Judge’s actions were
displayed before the 12 Barristers & Lawyers who regularly attended the
hearing.
Appeal Court Chronology
These
Judges should be immediately removed for their corrupt and unlawful
conduct, but it seems that most have been promoted in some way.
Foreigners and Cameroonians alike should be well advised to steer clear
of this den of thieves and the Cameroon judiciary in general. The
behaviours I saw in the courts was often no better than the thuggery of
unintelligent and uneducated buffoons who were more concerned with juju
and their own stomachs than anything that appeared to come from a
civilised court.
So that
the matter is very clear, I accuse the three Appeal Court Judges who
signed the ruling of being corrupt.
I also accuse Magistrate Ketuanze Jacob of corrupting the Appeal Court
Judges.
Appeal Court Ruling
I make
these documents available for all to see the corruption and thievery
that these judges participated in. Note that these same activities are
promoted and rewarded by the countries ruling party, the CPDM and the
President, Paul Biya.

My experience with
Justice Chibili in the Fako High Court is well documented through
chronologies. Though instructed to supply an accelerated hearing,
Justice Chibili played her delaying games with Barrister Eno
Charles.
Chronology # 2
During a six month
adjournment I returned to Australia. When I returned to Cameroon I
learnt that Chibili and Barrister Eno connived to sell the property I
purchased to 3 whites. On the 6th of May 2003 in
Chibili’s
chambers I accused her of corruption. Chibili chose to stand down from
the matter in court, rather than defend herself against the allegations.
Chronology # 3
I often wonder what
hope there is for Cameroonians when people like Justice Chibili sit in
judgement of them. What country can allow a woman whose husband is
a criminal to judge others? The husband embezzled money from the bank he
was working in and fled to Nigeria when caught. It was through Chibili
and her husbands
Olumba Olumba connections that a bribe was paid to the appropriate
authority and the husband returned to Cameroon with no further action
taken. Justice Chibili still lives in her mansion built from monies
embezzled from Cameroonians. Justice Chibili should just stay quiet and
stay at home with her husband the thief.
"Justice
Chibili, I look forward to the day I supply my evidence against you.
Cameroon courts will continue to be sick while it employs useless people
like you."
If anyone would like to
view the thiefs mansion, you can visit. Head down the hill from Buea to
Molyko. Turn left at Bonavanda road ( towards Bokova - Musonge's
village). After 30 metres, turn right at the road that runs behind the
shops. Follow this road for 500 metres until you reach a cluster of 5
houses. The mansion in the middle was built with the money the husband
stole. Then phone Justice Chibili on her mobile: 9972741 and ask her to
come out and greet you. Don’t forget to give her my greetings from Australia, when you see her.

The
Kembong Song!
Here’s
a bit of a story from my time at Kembong, to go with this months
song. During my time in the village, Brillian was always singing
songs and telling stories, always with some moral message about how
trustworthy the people from the village were and explaining that the
trust amongst family was sacred amongst Cameroonians. Oh well,
foolish me actually believed it all. There was a particular song
that Brillian often sung. She explained it, as a rhyme made up by
the villagers after a young girl was caught stealing a pair of
earrings from the market. Everywhere the girl went, the rhyme was
sung throughout the village. Finally in frustration, shamed &
ridiculed, the girl fled the village.
I have no doubt
that this story is false, like many more stories told to me in the
interest of deceiving me to trust this family, (and it worked). On
the only occasion I spoke to Brillian after she poisoned me, I
referred to this rhyme, saying that the song was actually about her.
So now, for all to learn and sing, this is my version of the Kembong
market song.

NEWS -
December 2005
Flexing Brutality and
Deportation on Journalist.
Bill Shiyntum
If banging into journalists was an Olympic game, Cameroon Gov't
would have broken the records in Nov, 2005. Collins Ayi in Bamenda
and Njaru Philip and Innocent Yuh in the SW, all journalists, were
respectively brutalised up by squads of policemen claiming anti SCNC
fury. Police seized their mobile phones and tape recorders labelling
them Separatists journalists and that these tools were being used
for the Radio Free Southern
Cameroons.
Njaru Philip's case was
quite pathetic. Despite being beaten into unconsciousness and
hospitalised in Buea, 5 policemen armed with assault rifles
threatened ripping off the drip from this unconscious journalist.
The timely intervention of the Buea Divisional officer brought
things to control.
These are normal
routine bashing on Anglophone journalists in Cameroon and these
extractions would have gone unnoticed had the Kumbo Company
Gendarmes not pledge serious intolerance arresting an Australian
Journalist and Researcher, Andrew Mueller.
Kumbo is Government's
SCNC flashpoint. Many sons and daughters in this town have been shot
dead and raped by Cameroon's soldiers and Gendarmes. In 1997,
Ebenezer Akwanga, SCNC Youth League President and many others were
arrested in Kumbo and taken to Yaounde maximum Kondengui prison.
Over 25 have died, either of slow poisoning or under suspicious
conditions. Yet the Cameroon Military Tribunal is still to sentence
the remaining decaying souls.
One faction of the SCNC
has blamed Nfor Ngala Nfor and Stephen Kongso accusing them of
acting primitively when they exposed the Australian Journalist and
researcher to the Kumbo Gendarmes. They regret Andrew Mueller may
not publish what he came to Southern Cameroons to research on given
that his documents were confiscated.
Barrister Shey Blaise
Sevidzem Berinyuy who was one on one with Andrew Mueller for three
days said Mueller's research on the Unrecognised State of Southern
Cameroons needed information on grassroot reactions, including even
those from Francophone Cameroonians and supporters of the CPDM party
and not only SCNC sympathizers.
"We even left for
Bamenda on Wednesday, November 9th late because we spent the whole
day looking for a CPDM T-shirt with Biya's effigy" Blaise said
adding, “Andrew Mueller wanted to go home with it as a souvenir,
unfortunately we failed to get it by the time he was arrested”.
Lawyer Shey Blaise
said, immediately Mueller was arrested and detained in Kumbo, he
telephoned him from the Kumbo Gendarmerie detention facilities where
he was allowed to speak on a cell phone.
"I assured him to stay
calm while I take steps to get him released following due process of
the Law". Blaise said he immediately
contacted
the President of CAMASEJ, Paul Nkemmajang who issued Press releases
calling for Mueller's release. Blaise said he also contacted Dr
Yongbang Arnold, the Contact Person for UNPO to inform UNPO
Secretariat at the Hague and email other local journalists. By the
time he reached Bamenda on Monday, November 2005 to file a motion
asking for Mueller's immediate release in the High Court ,the
Australian Freelance was already being escorted to the Douala
International Airport. That is how I missed him, Blaise said.
Earlier, the vice President of the Cameroon Association of English
Speaking Journalists, CAMSEJ, Chris Mbunwe, resident in Bamenda
pleaded unconditional release of the Australian Journalist saying
"apart from his skin colour, journalists are the same all over the
world" |
CAMEROON: Australian journalist detained by police.
Police
questioned Mueller and recorded statements from him about his activities
in Cameroon, he said. They also searched his bag and confiscated documents
that had been given to him by interviewees, including some pertaining to
the banned Southern Cameroon National Council (SCNC), which claims a
separate state for Anglophone Cameroonians.
For Keeping SCNC Company:Australian Journalist Detained In B’da.
Mueller
himself told the CPJ by phone that he was traveling to Kumbo as part of
his research for a book on "Unrecognized States." He said security
operatives questioned him and recorded statements from him about his
activities in Cameroon. That they also searched his bag and confiscated
documents that had been given him by interviewees, including some
pertaining to the SCNC.
Cameroon releases Aussie journalist.
Mueller
was arrested in the small town of Kumbo in English-speaking northwestern
Cameroon, along with two officials of the separatist Anglophone Southern
Cameroons National Council (SCNC).
Gendarmes Sack SCNC Headquarters.
Ten
gendarmes Monday, November 14, ransacked the Bamenda headquarters of the
Southern Cameroons National Council, SCNC, and carted away documents
believed to be valuable.
Chief Ayamba's Re-arrest Linked To SCNC Radio Broadcast.
Asked if
he was not afraid of arrest himself, Nfor Nfor said Cameroon is already a
huge prison, especially for Southern Cameroonians. "I am already a
prisoner. What else should I fear?" he said.
SCNC Activists Still Detained.
The Mezam
High Court that on November 17, refused bail for four Southern Cameroons
National Council, SCNC, activists detained by the Northwest Gendarmerie,
has again refused to set the captives free.
SCNC Plans Street Protests To Have Activists Freed.
According
to Ayamba, Inoni's presence "does not and cannot, therefore, represent one
iota of the six million suffering Southern Cameroonians." He argues that
most Southern Cameroonians vehemently opposed the Commonwealth's admission
of La République du Cameroun into membership in 1995 because, "we wanted
the Commonwealth to first exert pressure on President Biya for meaningful
change and respect of the rights of Southern Cameroonians in this
dispensation."

Operation-Stop killing with impunity.
Killing
our people with impunity is the apex of the brutality and tyranny of the
Cameroun regime on us, which is unacceptable but unfortunately a reality
of our daily life.
Human Development Report Catches Cameroon Back-pedalling.
While
Cameroon was considered medium on human development in 2004, it has now
descended to the club of countries low on this aspect. Cameroon, however,
occupies the third place in the 32 countries that are ranked lowest on
human development.
Police Brutalise Journalists.
The
police, at a checkpoint in Muea, Buea, November 10, brutalised two
journalists travelling from Kumba to Limbe, sending one of them to the
hospital.
Journalist To Sue Police For Brutality.
I have a
case of torture against the State of Cameroon at the UN Human Rights
Commission which was registered February 1, 2005, still on police
brutality on my person. This one will update my case file at the UN Human
Rights Commission," he said.

Relocation
program
Remember
Eno Law Chambers of Buea and our Hall of Shame relocation
programme? We’ve
finally managed to sign the deed and complete all the
formalities on their new residence. I felt so sorry for
Barrister Eno, when I saw that photograph of Eno Charles
staring out the window (see photo) of his chambers in
Buea. My first though was that he looked like a caged animal
behind those bars and he needed a permanent holiday
“down
under”
(as Australia is often referred to) where he can take in
some of that fresh sea air and sunshine we have lots of.
My second thought was for those Cameroonians who’ve suffered at the hand of this law chambers, through its
merciless money grabbing, forged documents and lies.
Talk about
killing two birds with one stone, not only getting to bring
Eno
Chambers
down under, but also to remove one of the South West’s
thieving and cheating Barristers. We believe our
accommodation is large enough to also house the chambers
bail & bond boy, Tanyi Mbianyor (Dry Mbunga). We are
currently awaiting their arrival and I’m sure there are many who will wish them
“Bon

(i.e.: good riddens to bad rubbish) as they leave on their
journey. Click on the Title Deed to view the accommodation
awaiting Eno Law Chambers. We have posted the invitation to

Dear
H.E. Paul Biya |
|
Mr Biya,
23 Years
of suffering. What can Biya boast of in the field of sports in 23 years?
No football stadium built by him etc. In the field of education, YES HE
ENCOURAGES BRAIN DRAIN because he does not like intellectuals. Those even
recruited are even maltreated and dismissed. Take the example of
researchers and teachers who were recruited and stayed for years without
salary and finally they are dismissed.
23 years Cameroonians have not known justice and human rights or else such
things will not happen. For 23 yrs Cameroon has been corrupt nation number
one.
For
23 years the salaries of civil servants have been reduced by over 200% and
prices of commodities increased by over 1000%. For 23 years, scholarship
for students at all level has been scraped off. For 23 years almost all
our embassies abroad have been closed down e.g France embassy, which is
now operating in somebodies apartment after the landlord chased them away.
In Belgium and Spain the embassy is an eyesore. In Greece the embassy is
operating in the sitting room of a Greek man so called honorary consul
when we have so many Cameroonians to hold such post. In Britain, the
embassy can’t pay its bills and is currently having some legal suits
against it. In the US the corruption in the embassy has attracted the
attention of FBI.
Look at our roads before Biya and the situation now. Wasteful 23 years, Mr
Biya, kindly take stock and resign as Ahidjo did.

Editors note: During the week an unconfirmed report by a police officer
that there was a coup d’Etat in Yaounde appeared on the web. The report was later

"I wish the

no destination in mind. It is about time someone forceor push him from the train.'' (Name removed)
Where Did Biya Meet Cameroon And Where Has He Taken It To 23 Years after?
We have
now arrived at an effete bourgeoisie that revels, in 23 years of a road to
nowhere, in an uninhibited display of filthy wealth, while the mass of the
people wallow in destitution and are stupefied by ignorance and disease.

The Truth About…President Paul Biya.
Those who
coined the HIPC appellation surely deliberately made it sound so
derogatory to discourage countries from wanting to seek admission.
Cameroon would not be dissuaded. As someone said in Pidgin,
"Government don sell shame buy disgrace." Our government has just signed
the umpteenth economic deal with the Bretton Woods institutions.
19 Billion Dong Come! Chop Dong Come!
If the
Bretton Woods institutions were not accomplices to the regime [both
working against the people] they would have rather insisted that the money
be used on projects that directly touch and are felt by the people in
order to truly alleviate poverty .

Poor
financial management, poor implementation, lack of transparency and
citizen participation are a few of the ills that have bedeviled the

Another

contemplating suing the Yaounde conference for poor logistics, including
hosting a conference of such standing in a dirty environment.

Next Months Newsletter.
Well, that’s it for this
year. It’s been an interesting experience along the way. I’ve made many
new friends (and a few enemies too, I hope) and continue to get a better
understanding of the African culture, Cameroonian in particular. One of
the problems is that when someone does attempt to do some good for those
whose circumstances are less fortunate, the vultures quickly arrive and
don’t depart till the bones have been picked dry. I can never agree with
those who think this is a clever or satisfactory thing to do. That’s the
lesson I learnt in Africa. Anyway, that was last year (well, the last four
years actually!)
I guess that’s the beauty of life, that we never know what’s ahead and
well….., what’s behind is behind. There’s a fresh new year ahead and who’s
to know what it has in store for us? The newsletter will be back on the 1st
of Feb and I’ll be taking a sorely needed break till then while I pursue
other matters. My best wishes for the festive
season to all the readers. I’m hoping that the New Year ahead rewards us
with all we deserve, and if not!, There’s always the year after, and even
the one after that. Just never lose hope.
Merry Christmas and a Happy
New Year.
Glenn
P.S: Don’t forget to send me
those testimonies before the 15th of January!
