The Hall of
SHAME!
Edition No:11 May 2006
Shame File Review.
Hall of Shame Mission Statement
This site is dedicated to expose those shameful
people who think they can lie, cheat, steal and violate the principles of
basic humanity and remain anonymous. As you are aware, my involvement
with
Cameroon began through the glazed eyes of a tourist. After a sham marriage
and the loss of my life savings to the corrupt judiciary, I now see the
plight of Cameroonians through much clearer eyes. It is through fiercely
protected anonymity, by those involved, that corruption heads down its
unbending path. These are the same people sitting in the pew next to you
in church on Sundays, who are stealing the food from your mouth and your
children’s education on Mondays. I say, lets take a look at these people
and let them enjoy the sleepless nights that they inflict upon others.
Exposure of these peoples' acts of shame is the strongest tool to drive
others away from these evil practices.
Is Cameroon so far down the toilet bowl of
corruption that it is beyond help? I think not, but the fact that many
wear their crimes as medals to their cleverness, and worse, that others
aspire in the same way to achieve like goals is a mentality worthy of
standing against.

Hall of Shame - Monthly newsletter
The next edition will be published on
the 1st of June 2006 and shall continue to arrive on the
1st of the month thereafter. If you wish to subscribe you can
reply to
Camerooninjustice@hotmail.com and write SUBSCRIBE in the
subject box. Each month once the newsletter is loaded onto the site you
shall receive in your email inbox, a link to take you to the newsletter.
Submissions
Please feel free to send your own corruption or
injustice stories. Each month contributions highlighting the difficulties
of those that may not have found the means to voice their issues will be
considered. Of course I would need to check story validity depending on
its contents, but we won’t be shying away from what needs to be said.
Consider this your newsletter and within reason there shall be no
censorship. Photos can be published also, if they enhance your tale. Its
early days and may take a couple of editions to get into the flow of
things, but no target is too big. My philosophy is fairly simple “A thief
is a thief”. I don’t discriminate on age, colour, race or sex. I do
request that you use this forum for the purpose it is intended. Thanks.

Impressive
statistics were recorded on the website thanks to the readers of
the last newsletter, with the final newsletter in the Paul Biya
trial being the most popular. Thanks also to those people who sent
comments, the general consensus being that readers equally loved
the “arrest warrant” and the song “Paul Biya na tifman”.
Next
months Hall of Shame newsletter celebrates the completion of it’s first year. I look forward to including in this
celebratory edition, a selection of my all time favorite, top ten
(Hall of Shame) Paul Biya moments. A fine collection from previous
newsletters, that has already caused much laughter and enjoyment
on all continents of the globe.
To answer another
question, No, there haven’t been any voodoo dolls poked or dictator dolls skewered this
month. I’ve decided that Paul doesn't need my help; he’s
quite capable of causing his own eternal damnation!
All
the best, Glenn
There have been
many comments on the recent news that the World Bank is going to
cancel $1.27 billion of Cameroon’s debt under the HIPC scheme. It seems difficult to determine
if Cameroonians will benefit in any way from this windfall. Not
having the information on what other loans the government carries
with other institutions, this cancellation may be felt like a drop
in the ocean. There are two things that I wish to question
though; the World Bank’s
motives for the cancellation and the integrity of the Bank
President’s
opposition to corruption.
On the first matter, I’m
yet to know of any banking institution that is
prepared to put the good of others before the banks responsibility
as a business to make money. So lets not be fooled, it is the
natural resources in Cameroon (Specifically in the Southern
Cameroon’s
region) that is the collateral that the Bank is eyeing when it
gives $1.27 billion discount. Undoubtedly the loans were made
knowing a government such as the Biya regime would never repay
them. It should be closely looked at as a human rights violation,
the way money has been freely handed to Africa’s dictators to stash in foreign bank accounts while the
citizens of the country don’t even see basic infrastructure for the billions borrowed. In
my view International institutions such as the World bank and the
IMF exploit Africa’s resources and Africans themselves, keeping them in poverty and
violating their human rights in the interest of 1st
world businesses, while abetted by the conscienceless thieves that
are Africa’s
dictators.
As to the World
Bank President’s “tough stance against corruption”, I wonder if Mr Wolfowitz
cares for the message he is sending with his softly softly
approach. I’m
sure Paul Biya is laughing all the way to his Swiss safety deposit
box at the W.B. President’s lack of fortitude. While we can’t
expect to hold a bank legally accountable for the woes of the
citizens, surely the Bank is in collusion with the Biya regime
over the oppression and human rights violations against the people
of Southern Cameroons. This is the region where the
resources are taken from, that ultimately brings the revenue to
service any foreign loan. How much more difficult is the
lot
of Southern Cameroons citizens, to seek fair and correct redress
for the abuses they receive and ultimately their independence,
when institutions like the World Bank have a vested interest in
the continued oppression and removal of resources from the
Southern Cameroon’s
territory and its citizens? I just cant see where Mr. Wolfowitz’s crusade against corruption even begins to look like
anything other than hot air, the likes of which Paul Biya
continually spews out in the form of fake anti
– corruption drives. Personally I think the World Bank has
acted as a drug dealer to African nations desperately trying to
develop themselves. First they eye the potential market and the
value of the countries resources. Then they begin handing fat
lumps of money to the unscrupulous dictators for spending sprees.
Then after doing this a few times the dictator is hooked and
cannot go without his drug (money & lavish lifestyle). He begins
drawing all those around him into the corruption & bribery web, spreading the disease, all the while sitting at the top of
the heap as the undisputed leader of misery that the people of
Cameroon suffer. He readily empties the banks, then sells all his
countryman’s possessions away in the bid to feed his drug habit. The more he has,
the more he needs. Morality and humanity are long lost in the
destructive addiction. And now the World Bank wants to give him a
drug discount because he is such a good customer. Ha! That’s
my 2 cents.
World bank to cancel $1.27 billion of Cameroons debt.
WASHINGTON (Reuters)
- The World Bank on Thursday agreed to cancel $1.27 billion of
Cameroon's debt under a global program for the world's poorest
countries, despite concerns about corruption raised by bank
President.
The handouts that feed poverty
This push has been underway for
four decades now - and has resulted in the movement of $568
billion in foreign aid from the rich countries to Africa. The
result: zero growth per capita income, leaving Africa in the
same abysmal straits in which it began. Meanwhile, a number of
poor countries that got next to no aid had no trouble escaping
the "poverty trap."
In the worst, but all too common,
case — such as that of the corrupt dictator Paul Biya of
Cameroon, who will get 55% of his government revenue from aid
after the doubling of aid to Africa — the poor country's
bureaucrats are corrupt or unmotivated political appointees.
Prayer against Bribery and Corruption in Cameroon
National
Episcopal Conference of Cameroon
Heavenly Father,
You always provide for all your creatures,
So that all may live as you have willed.
You have blessed our country Cameroon
With rich human and natural resources,
To be used to your honour and glory,
And for the well-being of every Cameroonian.
We are deeply sorry for the wrong use
Of these gifts and blessings
Through acts of injustice,
Bribery and corruption,
As a result of which many of our people
Are hungry, sick,
Ignorant and defenceless.
Father,
You alone can heal us and our
Nation of this scourge.
We beg you, touch our lives
And the lives of our leaders and people,
So that we may all realise the evil of bribery and corruption,
And work hard to eliminate it.
Raise up for us God-fearing people
And leaders who care for us,
And who will lead us in the path
Of justice, peace and prosperity.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Congratulations Mbi Jonas for finally making an
appearance where you belong, in this arena where thieves, liars &
cheats are exposed for what they are. I've learnt that this
behavior is inherent in your nature and even as a youth in
Ntenako you were full of your dishonest ways. For those who may
wonder what my issues are with this feyman, here's a short
explanation. In June 2001 Barrister Mbi was brought to Limbe (by Enow
Brillian Ayuk) to act on my behalf on the purchaser of a
compound at Towe Quarter, Mile 2. The purchase price was
10,000,000 and Barrister Mbi advised that his fees would be
500,000. (10% of the purchase price). Behind the scenes
Barrister Mbi had arranged that the seller - a Colonel Ibogo
Titus, would be paid the actual price of 8,000,000cfa and fake
documents were to be drawn up for me to believe that the price
was 10,000,000. Barrister Mbi accepted his 500,000 cfa fee
from me to act on my behalf and then stole 2,000,000 cfa. So far
he has supplied 3 different documents of title on the same
purchase. In June 2001, I presented myself at Solomon
Chambers to discuss discrepancies with the compound title
documents. Barrister Mbi made excuses and accepted that the
documents were poor and asked for 200,000 cfa to redo them. At
this time the Barrister withheld all the documentation and was
to advise Enow Brillian Ayuk to remove all documentation of my
purchases from the marital home, which she did three days later.
Barrister Mbi was then present at State Council six days later
where an attempt was made to jail & deport me. Barrister Mbi was
representing Enow Brillian Ayuk, with three pages of false
charges (which were to disappear from State Council office a
month later).
The story goes on, but basically Solomon Chambers is a thieves
hideout and unknowing people seeking legal service should remain
clear of this Chamber of Thieves.
Have no fear Barrister Jonas Mbi, we shall be visiting you
continually, until such time as you appear at Fako High court
and set straight your shameful actions in the court matter still
pending. I hope Mr. Biya realizes that it is because
of bottom feeding rodents like you, that he is taking a continual
bath in this forum. But for thieves like you bringing shame upon
the Cameroon Judiciary specifically and Cameroon in general, this
website wouldn't exist. I hope Popol appreciates your efforts
and rewards you appropriately.

What sort of a bank involves itself in theft of customer’s
money? There are many other instances where SGBC has cheated clients and
then denied responsibility. Then sending their clients down a route of
frustration that results in the matter being stone-walled by the bank.
All the while, the client suffers further losses in a failed attempt to
retrieve what belongs to them, thanks to corrupt Officials and Judges
who play the game with SGBC. While SGBC continues to employ management
who steal from their customers, then the bank (SGBC) should be known for
what it is “A thieves Den”. In August 2003 I wrote to Paul Biya,
describing some of the criminal actions of this bank.
419 scandal at SGBC
Nowhere in the world have I been greeted at a bank with a rifle pointed
at my chest to deny me access to my account. At this point, the bank
hierarchy in Paris, still don’t see that this matter should be investigated though they were made aware
several times, and most recently in April this year. That’s
how corruption and these thieves survive, they ignore the crimes and
connive with each other to cover the actions, rather than investigate
and show they are a credible institution.
Letter to Societe Generale
– April
2005
We shall continue to
approach this banking matter and see if one day SGBC or Societe Generale
will do the honorable thing and take responsibility and investigate the
events, or will they continue to act as an untrustworthy and criminal
institution that should be exposed at every opportunity and shunned by
the public. I’m
sure Western Union (who receive copies of this) doesn’t
appreciate their name tarnished by the action of thieves in the SGBC
banking network. This mail shall also be distributed to Embassies
making them aware not to accept any affidavit or bank records from SGBC,
as they are crooked and cook false documents.

Without
doubt, the
Fako Appeal Court
is one of Cameroon’s most corrupt institutions. It’s not necessary to go
any further than to use its own documentation to prove that point.
Appeal Court Affidavits
Justice
Nana was one of three Judges who determined the removal of a High Court
President, based on an imaginary witness. These Judge’s actions were
displayed before the 12 Barristers & Lawyers who regularly attended the
hearing.
Appeal Court Chronology
These
Judges should be immediately removed for their corrupt and unlawful
conduct, but it seems that most have been promoted in some way.
Foreigners and Cameroonians alike should be well advised to steer clear
of this den of thieves and the Cameroon judiciary in general. The
behaviours I saw in the courts was often no better than the thuggery of
unintelligent and uneducated buffoons who were more concerned with juju
and their own stomachs than anything that appeared to come from a
civilised court.
So that
the matter is very clear, I accuse the three Appeal Court Judges who
signed the ruling of being corrupt.
I also accuse Magistrate Ketuanze Jacob of corrupting the Appeal Court
Judges.
Appeal Court Ruling
I make
these documents available for all to see the corruption and thievery
that these judges participated in. Note that these same activities are
promoted and rewarded by the countries ruling party, the CPDM and the
President, Paul Biya.

My experience with
Justice Chibili in the Fako High Court is well documented through chronologies.
Though instructed to supply an accelerated hearing, Justice Chibili played her
delaying games with Barrister Eno Charles.
Chronology # 2
During a six month adjournment I
returned to Australia. When I returned to Cameroon I learnt that Chibili and
Barrister Eno connived to sell the property I purchased to 3 whites. On
the 6th of May 2003 in Chibili’s
chambers I accused her of corruption. Chibili chose to stand down from
the matter in court, rather than defend herself against the allegations.
Chronology # 3
I often wonder what
hope there is for Cameroonians when people like Justice Chibili sit in
judgement of them. What country can allow a woman whose husband is a
criminal to judge others? The husband embezzled money from the bank he
was working in and fled to Nigeria when caught. It was through Chibili
and her husbands
Olumba Olumba connections that a bribe was paid to the appropriate
authority and the husband returned to Cameroon with no further action
taken. Justice Chibili still lives in her mansion built from monies
embezzled from Cameroonians. Justice Chibili should just stay quiet and
stay at home with her husband the thief.
"Justice Chibili, I look
forward to the day I supply my evidence against you. Cameroon courts
will continue to be sick while it employs useless people like you."
If anyone would like to
view the thiefs mansion, you can visit. Head down the hill from Buea to
Molyko. Turn left at Bonavanda road ( towards Bokova - Musonge's
village). After 30 metres, turn right at the road that runs behind the
shops. Follow this road for 500 metres until you reach a cluster of 5
houses. The mansion in the middle was built with the money the husband
stole. Then phone Justice Chibili on her mobile: 9972741 and ask her to
come out and greet you. Don’t forget to give her my greetings from Australia, when you see her.

Finally I get my chance to speak openly to the person who
tried to have me jailed and deported while I was still sick from

with soldiers accosting me with rifles at SGBC bank for a second
attempted theft and then had your bail & bond boy illegaly released
from jail, for organizing this shameful and dangerous incident. Then
miraculously all the documents disappear from your office. You then
interfered in the matter before the Fako Appeals Court that ended
with the removal of the Court President (Justice Mokwe) on false
allegations of corruption by fictitious witnesses, etc, etc, etc.
I hope you are proud of yourself!
I heard that you threatened to jail me if I returned to Cameroon,
because I posted your picture on the web. Let me tell you
thief Ketuanze, its people like you who scare away investors and
cause great hardships to Cameroonians. I will post photos of you on
the net anytime I choose. I shall also print the stories of other
Cameroonians who have suffered from your thievery. Just like
Barrister Eno, your true justice is coming in the detailed
descriptions of your crimes in my book on corruption in Cameroon. In any country other than Cameroon, I hold enough evidence to see
you jailed for a long time, but what does the Cameroon Government
do? Promote you of course!
Your actions clearly show why any foreign investor should
stay clear of Cameroon, with a Government that nurtures thieves and
criminals like you in its judicial system. How is your small bagman
from Limbe? (Robert Agbor Toko). Many of those victims to whom you
sent Agbor Toko to collect your ill-gotten monies, have sent me their
stories. How is your criminal dealing with SGBC Bank going?
Maybe you have brought too much shame this time and the Government
will give you your justice; Cameroon style! If not, I
shall keep reminding them that there is a thief in their midst.

are you? You missed your chance to give me that “accelerated” hearing
in the High Court grounds. I’m betting you regret that now, (missing

Barrister Eno Charles Agbor- Complaint lodged with PG.
Lets see,..you lie, you steal, you cheat, you even accuse Presidents
of the court of being corrupt, (and lets not forget your forged
document and fraud of 3,500,000 cfa).
I’ll let the president of the court tell the story of your actions in
his own words.
You even drew Judge Chibili into your web of lies and you both got
caught out, trying to sell a compound I purchased. My experience with
you, was with someone who was determined to act in any way to relieve
me of my property. You wanted the 4WD so badly; well you can have it,
or what is left on the spare block opposite the American Embassy in
Yaoundé.
Fortunately for you I’m more interested in the Magistrates and Judges
who chose to act alongside you. Is it true that Magistrate Ketuanze
Jacob fled to Mamfe? I have not missed a detail about your disgusting
and beastly behaviors in my book. That you made a false & damaging
report against a Gendarme Brigade commander in your attempted theft,
shows your malicious attitude. I hope your colleagues appreciate your
effort to shame them and paint them as the most corrupt and
uncivilized judiciary in the world. While your peers stand alongside
people like yourself and say nothing, then they should not complain
now, when they are tarred with the same brush.
I
asked you very pleasantly on two occasions to resolve this matter by

Relocation
program
Remember
Eno Law Chambers of Buea and our Hall of Shame relocation
programme? We’ve
finally managed to sign the deed and complete all the
formalities on their new residence. I felt so sorry for
Barrister Eno, when I saw that photograph of Eno Charles
staring out the window (see photo) of his chambers in
Buea. My first though was that he looked like a caged animal
behind those bars and he needed a permanent holiday
“down
under”
(as Australia is often referred to) where he can take in
some of that fresh sea air and sunshine we have lots of. My
second thought was for those Cameroonians who’ve suffered at the hand of this law chambers, through its
merciless money grabbing, forged documents and lies.
Talk about
killing two birds with one stone, not only getting to bring
Eno
Chambers
down under, but also to remove one of the South West’s
thieving and cheating Barristers. We believe our
accommodation is large enough to also house the chambers
bail & bond boy, Tanyi Mbianyor (Dry Mbunga). We are
currently awaiting their arrival and I’m sure there are many who will wish them
“Bon
Voyage”
(i.e.: good riddens to bad rubbish) as they leave on their
journey. Click on the Title Deed to view the accommodation
awaiting Eno Law Chambers. We have posted the invitation to
the Chambers in Buea, and are now awaiting his arrival.

Etahoben makes his debut on the shame file as Cameroon’s most
shameful newspaper editor. Using the lies of a discredited
Barrister (Eno Charles Agbor) and a Limbe town prostitute (Enow
Brillian Ayuk), Etahoben printed a two page article in his
newspaper. The article was to coincide with my return to the Fako
High Court in April 2003, and was designed to achieve the final
theft of my property. (My property is still being held in trust by
the Fako High Court). Etahoben’s article made claims of murder,
drug trafficking, gun running, pornography etc. There is no need
for me to go on as the article can be read in it’s entirety ,
Weakly Post Article
"Is The Judiciary In Cameroon For Sale?".
Not only did Etahoben (a self made chief) write this scurrilous
filth, he tried to add some type of credibility to his article by
claiming that information came from a source in Australia! Shame
on you Etahoben, you are a liar. I doubt if you could even find
Australia on a map!
I
now ask you (in public) to show a single piece of evidence to
support any claim you have made in your article. As I know this
is not possible, I await your public apology as the only way
this filthy article of yours will ever be put to rest.
Your article has now widely travelled and is a sad
representation of your journalism, intellect and moral character.
Many others involved in this matter committed their shame behind
closed doors, but you happily put yours out there for all to see.
Congratulations on your well deserved entry into Cameroon’s “Hall
of Shame - Shame File”
I go for Buea I see some man Etahoben,
Enow Brillian and Etahoben tif my money,
Na weti be man ney na weti be this world eh?

SHAME File No: 1
Name:
Pauline Kono, Mines & Power, Limbe
Residence:
Isokolo, Limbe.
|
|
Pauline Kono is a aunt of Enow Brillian
Ayuk. I was introduced to her as a relative and the owner of a
Satellite television business at mile 4. Pauline brokered the purchase
of the house at Towe Quarter in Limbe, drawing innocent relatives of
her husband ( Nkumo & Madam Tsala, from Yaounde who owned the
compound) into her scheme. The full story on this is on the main page
of the website under the heading
(Compound, Plot 67 Towe
Quarter). Pauline pocketed 2 million cfa and used a lawyer
from Solomon Chambers in Kumba to write false documents, using her
office at Mines & Power to commit the theft. There is a chapter in my
book on the actions of Pauline Kono, describing how she advised Enow
Brillian in all facets of the scam. (I wonder if Pauline remembers
the day I begged for her help as a human being, and she turned and
walked away? I do! ). All I have to say to Pauline at this time
is “SHAME on you Pauline Kono”. You greeted me into your house
at Sikolo and even gave me a chicken to take home and kill for supper,
then you stole from me. All the while pretending to welcome me into
your family. Then you were caught and did everything you could to
cover your actions. (Read Investigations, main page. Death Threats,
Madam Agbor).
“Pauline Kono, you are a thief, a liar & a cheat”.
Photographs Wanted ($200 US each)
We are still missing a
few “Shame File” photos. In the interest of seeing that none of these
crooks escape under the Hall of Shame radar, we
decided to double the incentive to (US $200). Barrister Mbi
(Solomon Chambers) is still hiding in Kumba for
some lucky photographer, (snapped!). The last I knew, the SGBC Manager & Assistant
Manager were both at the Limbe SGBC branch. As for the Chief of
Territorial Surveillance in Buea, he is a large Bayangi man and was
there in 2002 / 2003 (Governors Office building). He can be identified
by Inspector Enow Stephen Etengeneng of Buea Judicial Police. Further
helpful information on these “Shame File Fugitives” locations can be
requested by contacting me at the address below. Photos must be of
similar quality to those used in previous shame files. Good luck with
the snapping. If you can send me a photograph of any of those people
listed below, and it is published on the shame file, a payment of $200
US shall be made to the sender. The personal details of any senders
shall remain completely confidential and shall be known only by myself.
Photos can be forwarded to
Camerooninjustice@hotmail.com.
Why not get some cash and at the same time let me expose them for their
corrupt ways?
Like I said,
“This is your site too”.

Next Months Newsletter.
Due to time and space constraints, those issues mentioned here shall
appear when possible in upcoming newsletters. We look forward to
commencing the SGBC bank trial in the June newsletter. Some document
translation difficulties are responsible for the delay in getting the
SGBC trial started.
Here’s a preview of next months “Photo Caption” This photo of
Cameroon’s First Lady, or is that First Second
Lady?…..Or maybe it’s Second First Lady? To save any confusion lets
call her Chantal. This photograph of Chantal’s whacky hairdo even made
the society pages in an Australian newspaper, to the amusement of
readers. Next month we ask the question - What is Chantal hiding
under the wig? Feel free to send in your thoughts. And what’s with
the Michael Jackson complexion???
Everybody in Cameroon from Biya to the most
trivial citizen like myself lives in holy fear of the
military........The military are the true wielders of power in
Cameroon.....for they would literally obliterate, kill, destroy,
vaporize their enemies and the lameduck Cameroonian judiciary could not
do anything about it......That's why I agree with those who hold that
Cameroon is a police state......did I say police state......naaah I
meant failed state....Ooops freudian slip, I meant to say a military
dictatorship.....
The above is a
comment on the upcoming topic "Biya and the Generals. Who's really
pulling the strings?"
Next month we'll
also begin putting up for viewing, some simple pieces of evidence that
have been before the Fako High Court in my own pending matter. It will
show the callous theft and corruption that is spread throughout the
court, and guaranteed to scare any investor from attempting to conduct
business with such lawlessness in the Cameroon judiciary.
We're also going
through some damaging evidences received against SGBC bank and shall
start the trial against this unscrupulous banking institution once the
case is finalized.
How Banks In Cameroon Frustrate Clients.
Until
government intervenes directly to make things better for the public, the
latter will continue to writhe in the frustration of unscrupulous "bank"
managers and their colleagues.
Till
next month, Take care, Glenn
