We farm around 4000 acres and don't raise any livestock on our farm. We raise corn, soybeans, and wheat. Baling large square bales of straw is a large part of our operation. We bale straw around home and also bale in Kentucky for about 3 weeks in the summer. This straw goes mostly to mushroom farms. You can see some pictures of baling in Kentucky here. Check them out if you wanna see some good baling pictures! I plan to return to the farm after graduating from Purdue University in Ag Systems Management. I enjoy working around the farm in my spare time and when I get home from school on weekends/breaks. If you want to know more info on the farm you'll have to ask me for now, until I decide to put more up!
