ICWF RULES!
![](https://www.angelfire.com/biz3/IWC/images/Rulebook.gif)
If you are thinking of Joining you must read these rules first. To those who are already in, I expect you to follow these rules, word by word.
- The ICWF only accepts original wrestlers.
- You are allowed 2 wrestlers max.
- A tag team counts as 2 wrestlers.
- Managers and Valets don't count towards your 2.
- If you have a match, you have 4 days to post 3 rps [PPV] 100 lines max each. (Main event, 4 days to post 4 rps, 100 lines max each) - 3 days to post 2 rps [TNI] 100 lines max each. If you don't have a match, you can also rp, but it is not a must.
- All matches are judged on your RPs (Creativity, Quality and Story -if it applies- [60%], Design[5%] and Quantity[35%].) NOTE: You don't have to do story line rps.
- If you lose, no matter what way (clean, DQ, count-out, run in, etc.) is because your opponent out-rp you, don't complaint OR QUESTION WHY to the Owner if you lose. I'm not out to SCREW anyone out of a win. If you don't agree with the win, I'm sorry.. you are free to go else where if you think I'm not being fair. I am however willing to give you tips on how to improve.
- Also if you are assigned a match and you don't rp for it but your opponent does, it will be a quick match and you will get embarrassed. (UNLESS you are a well established superstar)
- Not Roleplaying. The ICWF gives everyone a 2 match try out. If you don't rp for both, you will be fired without questions. If you have worked something out with the Owner about you not rping then it is ok. [This is only if you have a match, if you don't have a match, again, you don't have to rp.] Sometimes I might fire you even before the trial ends.
- Your roleplays must talk about your opponent and match! If you do an rp, and your opponent it is not mentioned, then it will not count.
- Point system/Contenders page. You are awarded 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and -1 point for a loss. The contenders page is base on a point system, the more you win, the more points you get, the faster you move up the contenders ladder.
- Special wins: In the Insane Rumble PPV, if you participate in the event itself, you get a win for every person you toss, but you do not get a loss in your record if you are eliminated. If the ICWF holds mini-rumbles or mini-battle royals, you will get a loss if you are tossed out, but you still get a win for every wrestler you toss out. In the Ultimate Survival PPV, you get a match for every wrestler you eliminate in the 4 on 4 matches and you do get a loss once you are eliminated. The same rules apply for the Ultimate-Ultimate Main Event Match. 3 Way Dance matches: If you win, you get a win in your record. If you are the one pinned, you get a loss in your record and if you are not the one pinned you still get a loss on your record. The same goes for 4 corner matches. Triangle matches: You get a win for every wrestler you eliminate, and you get a loss if you are eliminated. The same goes for Tornado matches. Tournaments: You will get a loss if you lose, you'll get a win if you win. Simple. Tag matches. Since there is no longer a tag division, if you win a tag match, you will be awarded a win in your singles record. The same goes if you lose. If you have any questions, please contact ODJ.
- Stables: There is a minimum of 3 wrestlers required to make a stable and you are only allowed 4 wrestlers max per stable.
- Cards Subject to change: What I mean by this is that sometimes I'll have a match where the two wrestlers facing each other don't rp: Wrestler a and b. Then I will have a match where 2 wrestlers rp really hard: Wrestlers 1 and 2. So what I will do is, I will swap wrestlers. A vs. 1 B vs. 2. That's is what I call changing cards. This is a way for me to reward the wrestlers that rp and punish the wrestlers that didn't. So 1 and 2 would get wins as oppose to one of them getting a loss even though they rped really hard. [This will apply only if the wrestlers that didn't rp, simply didn't rp with no excuse.]
- Cancelling a match: I can only cancel a booked match if neither wrestler has rped. If your opponent already has, then it is up to him to: a)Cancel the match. b)Agree on a number of rps to do for the match. (example: Do 2 each, 1 each) or Allow you do to multiple rps in one day (example: 2 a day, 3 a day) Now my only exception with this is.. DO NOT let someone post either 2 rps, or all all of their rps on the last day of rping. That is my only exception. Hope that clears things up. I will add this to the RP rule pages
- You are only allowed two segments per wrestler, per show. Now, if deadline has passed, and I still have spots left, then I will accept your extra segments. (but you must still send them before the deadline)
- When sending segments, interviews, interferences, etc, YOU MUST use the HTML provided on the FORMS page located on the main page. If the HTML is done wrong, or if it it not done at all, you will get your segment/interview/etc. sent back for you to fix it... If you do not send it back, it will not be done.
- you CANNOT use other wrestlers OR THE OWNER on your rp unless: 1)They are your own or 2)you have permission from the handler of the wrestler or the owner.
- You may ask the Owner for certain things (sneak attacks, certain [type of] matches, interviews, etc), they may happen, they may not, I HAVE THE LAST WORD ON THAT.
- The titles go in this order: ICWF World, World Lightweight, Hardcore, World Tag Hardcore(retired), World Tag Team, Intercontinental, North American, European, Television and Universal(retired).
- Co holding titles: If you are a LW, you can co-hold the LW title and another singles title or tag title. 2)You can hold the Tag Titles and a Singles Title. Other than that you are no allowed to co-hold titles. If you have a title and want to go for a higher title, you must give yours up. If you have any questions email the owner.
- Non-title matches: Champions will be given non-title matches from time to time. If they are defeated in non-title matches, then whoever defeats them automatically earns a shot at that title.
- There is one card a week, Thursday Night Inferno. The card usually gets 5 to 8 matches booked. The card is fully written.
- There will be a PPV event once a month. All belts must and will be defended at the PPV unless the PPV calls for it otherwise.(ex. Insane Rumble, MOTM, etc.) PPVs will be held on Sundays. The average card for a PPV has been 10 matches.
- In order to have your own merchindise made for you, you must have at least 3 wins under your belt. Otherwise it's a no go. (Check out the Online Store for official rules)
- Cursing is allowed, but keep it to a minimum.
- No Racist or Sexist Comments!!! Putting someone (HANDLER) down because of their religion, race, color, etc. NONE OF THAT WILL BE TOLERATED! YOUR ASS WILL BE FIRED! In Roleplays: This doesn't mean you can't say.. "Did you see what he was wearing, he looked gay.." or "You want some of this fag?[Girly man, fruit cake, etc.]" that's ok.. something like this is not ok: "Man I'm going to beat wrestler X because he "IS" a f'n homo who likes to take it up the ass and suck othe wrestler's dicks!" As all of you know, there is a lot of whats, buts, ifs and ands about this rule.. we will just have to deal with it on an individual basis..
- Have fun and RP! I put a lot of work into the fed to make it fun and so should you!
- If you quit the ICWF and then decide you want to re-join, you must wait a month before re-joining.
Now if you are thinking of joining and you agree then please go fill out an application here. If you have any questions you can email me here.
Thanks for taking the time to read the rules and considering joining the ICWF, trust me, you won't be disappointed.
