The ICWF has a roster size limit of 25 wrestlers. The Waiting list is based on a first come first served basis. There is only one exception: Former LONG TIME and GOOD ICWF's members get priority, so if you are next in line, and a former ICWF member wants to join that meets that criteria, he will get in before you do. Sample rps are a must. Your rp must be good enough or you will not even be added to the waiting list.
