KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS WHAT I HAVE HEARD. I'M NOT SURE OF THE COMPLETE VALIDITY SO I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY MISCONCEPTIONS.
Let's see what does our man have in store for us... it seems Vin is quite busy. According to my sources he has several projects that he is working on.
FIRST-Find Me Guilty (currently post production) is based on the life of Jack DiNorscio who was a mobster that defended himself in court in what has been called the longest mafia trial in United States history. Of course Vin will be playing the lead.
SECOND - Hannibal appears to be under way with Vin playing the lead role. This movie is set to be in production this year, 2006.
THIRD - Rockfish is going to be an animated sci-fi type (that Vin will have a voice-over) in which a man goes to a planet to catch a giant fish... I think that's more for the kiddies. This is also in production and set for release sometime in 2007.
FOURTH - Hitman will star Vin as "Agent 47" who is hired by a group to kill for cash. This seems more like some of his past movies. Directed by Skip Woods this movie is currently in development and set for a possible 2007 release.
Turns out our man Vin is getting mushy and romantic on us. Reports tell us he is going to produce and star in a romantic film tentatively named NY Giant (from Revolution Studios) about a fiery American football player that has to deal with an uptight female etiquette tutor or lose his endorsements. According to Zap2it.com, it will be "like My Fair Lady meets Any Given Sunday" I don't know about you but can I be the tutor? lol
Proving he is the gentleman and friend we know he is check out the article from the New York Post on Vin paying his respects to a police officer friend murdered in the line of duty
According to Mr. Art Cooper (retiring from GQ magazine), the August 2002 issue was "Our biggest seller in the past three years was Vin Diesel, who was a nobody when we put him on the cover. It had more than a 65% sell through and the average sell through these days is 36%. The timing was right, the image was right, and he was the right person." Now that's good, but come on to us Vin is NOT a nobody! WE LOVE HIM!!!
