Cold black darkness envelopes my world when you're not here.
That light will never again touch my world is now my biggest fear.
Barriers can seperate bodies, but not the heart and soul,
I didn't realize what was lost until I felt my heart you stole.
Memories of times before are my only consolation
I cherish them with all my heart, fantasies and relizations.
What would I give to be with you. To hear you speak my name?
To see your beautiful, smiling face and have out wishes be the same?
The rains that's falling from the sky bears no comparison to my tears,
The wonderful sounds of your voice, your laughter are still ringing in my ears.
The pain that I'm now feeling has more strength than a thousand storms,
I'm expeiriencing emotions in many different forms.
How could an angel break my heart, for that's what you must be.
To be so perfect in every way, walking straight out from my dreams.
A winged messenger from heaven sent you down for me to love,
There must be a God and Holy Spirit for his answering my prayers from above.
Absence makes the heart grow please make these words be real.
I don't know what to think or do I just know how to feel.
Don't give up on feelings, you may possess inside.
The strength of love from a persons heart and soul can conquer any fight.
Hope for the best, expect the worst. I want to live in yesterday forever,
Facing each day with you by my side, tomorrow coming never.
This hurts too much to take for long, when my love seems to be so true,
But take what for I have nothing, when I don't have love from you.
