Hi, My Name is Patty, I am a Dental Hygienist
I also work for this great dentist that toothlady is talking about. I would like to tell you a little bit about our office and our warm and caring staff. We are a very unique type of office. Our staff has experience combined over 100 years. We are proud of our wonderful staff and I would like to take a minute to introduce them.
When you call our office Ivonne will usually answer with a very pleasant voice. Ivonne has invaluable experience in meeting our patient’s needs when it relates to scheduling appointments. Ivonne is also bi-lingual so we have a great Spanish translator right on staff. You may also speak to Lynne, who is also extremely pleasant, caring and very accommodating. Lynne’s specialty happens to be financial arrangements and insurance. Our office has many different options for payment.
You may meet Felicia, or Ana our Dental Assistants when you enter the office for the first time. Both Ana and Felicia are wonderful. Their most important job is to make our patients feel comfortable. They take every opportunity to do that for our patients. We have blankets for warmth if our patients are cold. We have virtual vision glasses which allows our patients to watch a video, concert, or satellite TV, with stereo headphones and a screen they can watch right in front of their eyes. We also have needle free anesthesia and many other things. Your experience with Dr. Kagan will be as pleasant and comfortable as possible largely due to these fine ladies.
Colleen and Patty (myself) are both Dental Hygienists, we are also sisters. We bring the latest technology that is available in periodontics to our patients. We use a microscope in our office to monitor our patients on a microscopic level. We can determine many things with our microscope and try to help our patents control their own bacteria in their mouths. We provide lots of education so that our patients can learn to keep themselves healthy. Our care is delivered with the utmost care and concern. Our goal is to provide the highest quality care and provide it in a warm and caring environment.
