Look at THIS!!! The only reasonable explanation I can come up with is that Nick is desperately trying to get Brian to understand...either that, or there is a side of Brian that we (and Leighanne) don't know about...Who knows? Or (as someone offered to me) maybe Brian can't figure out how to tell him to get the HELL OFF OF HIM! That would explain the picture with Nick jumping on his back now wouldn't it?
