Starbolt is the All-American boy of Sky Patrol. Charming and well-liked by almost everyone, he manages to walk the line between party machine among the younger Autobots and young gentleman soldier to his elders. His best friend is the more impulsive and rebellious Firestreak, whose excesses he tries to temper. Starbolt fights a brilliant offensive, but lacks skills in defensive maneuvers.
