Chopper is a nasty piece of work...a delinquent youth that grew up into a cruel and criminally minded adult on the streets of Kilair. He is a psychopath of the highest order who finds lifešs greatest pleasure to be the infliction of pain on others. His weapons of choice are a long laser sword and a short laser dagger. His delusions of grandeur caused him to name himself "Blade," but everyone who sees him for what he is...a street punk, pure and simple...call him "Chopper." Tempest took Chopper in for two primary reasons: like her, he is a survivor of the Kilairian massacre, and the fact that he is very good at doing all the unpleasant jobs that the others do not want to sully their hands with. Chopper's only complaint with interrogating prisoners is that they talk too soon and put an early end to his fun. Although Chopper is rebellious and antisocial, he treats Tempest with extreme respect...he knows that Kilairian Squadron is his only chance to be anything other than a solitary outlaw.
Chopper dislikes his vehicle form--a light helicopter--and prefers to avoid it whenever possible. Nevertheless, his maneuverability in the air is a great asset.
ABILITIES: With his laser blades, Chopper is unparallelled. If he gets within range, he is almost unbeatable in hand-to-hand combat. Due to his small size, Chopper is extremely fast and can move with the speed of a striking snake. His helicopter form carries both air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles.
WEAKNESSES: If attacked by an adversary with a laser or other weapon that allows the enemy to strike from out of range of Chopperšs blades, Chopper is forced to use his laser gun, which he is not a good shot with, or his throwing knives, which are less accurate than his blades. Chopper is not particularily strong, nor does he have heavy armour. He is almost unstoppable with his blades, and almost ineffectual without them.
