Beast Wars Harrier

ALLEGIANCE: As yet undecided
FUNCTION: Tracker/Hunter/Navigation

"I say, old boy, the game's afoot! TALLY-HO!!!"

Harrier is one of the more eccentric players in the Beast Wars. He speaks in a ridiculous British accent and firmly believes himself to be the descendant of an ancient Decepticon aristocracy. His passion in life is hunting and he's never happier than when he has something to chase down. He is an excellent tracker and his endurance is unparalleled.

While Harrier may cut a ridiculous figure, he is actually a formidable foe. He has extensive combat experience and makes a capable leader--one who prefers guile to brute force. He is an expert with his weapons and has no qualms about using them in battle.

Unlike most reborn sparks, Harrier remembers his previous life as a Decepticon rather well. However, in beast mode, he is liable to forget that he even HAS a robot mode and begins thinking as if he really were a foxhound--his entire mind occupied with his obsession for hunting. Itıs almost as if he had two distinct personalities: the almost completely animal personality, and the eccentric but effective robot personality.

Harrier's dogged persistance can be both blessing and curse. He can easily become so engrossed with his chase that he either loses track of events around him or forgets that other activities may better warrant his attention. His ridiculous manner earns him little respect, and his natural disdain for others can make him unpopular with leaders.

As a foxhound, Harrier has VTOL engines that fold out of his haunches and enable him to fly short distances or hover in mid-air indefinitely. He has shoulder-mounted pistols that fire straight ahead.

As a robot, Harrier is armed with a laser version of a double-barrelled hunting rifle, an energon machete, and twin duelling pistols.
