The Show

•"Sister Sister" was originally aired on the ABC network, but only for two seasons. In 1995 it was dropped by ABC only to be picked up by Warner Brother.  

•In the show the twin's birthday is November 28. 1979. That makes them almost 17 month younger than they are in real life.

•Tia and Tamera's favorite episode is "The Laws" from the fifth season. It focused on the battle of the sexes.

•The making of the fifth season ended in the beginning of march 1998. I asked Tia and Tamera if the fans could expect more seasons to come, and to my great relief they promised they will be back for another season.

•The hardest episode they ever worked on was the second season episode "Free Billy" featuring Billy the Pig. The pig wanted to do it's own thing, passing gas, making it hard for the cast to breath!

•Marques Houston alias Roger was born on August 4. He lives with his parents, two sisters and a brother.

•On the show Tia and Tamera usually gives Roger (Marques Houston) a hard time, but in real life they are best friends.

•In several episodes Tia and Tamera trade places as part of the plot. In real life however they rarely do that because of Tamera's left-cheek-mole. Everyone knows about it, so it's hard to cover up.

•Tamera is more likely to mess up her lines when taping episodes of "Sister Sister". Here she talks about some embarrassing moments: "...I have so many they call me the klutz. The desk that I sit on falls; I sat on the edge wearing a skirt and fell; everyone laughs. Another time I had a cold, sneezing on air. Everybody was cracking up. Then on another scene I started drooling, I didn't know I was on camera, everybody starts cracking up. Let me tell you another one. I had to open up popcorn, having a hard time the first two takes, the third take I decide to just rip it open and the popcorn was flying everywhere! I don't know why it always happens to me! And then I always forget my lines."

•The twins have a personal designer called Ceci, who purchase all the clothes they use in the show.

•In the show the sisters attend "Roosevelt High School".

•In third season, episode 19 ("Big twin on Campus") Tia states that she is 2 minutes older than Tamera. In real life it's the other way around.

•In fourth season, episode 12 ("Bring on debate") Ray reveals Tamera's full name: Tamera Anne Campbell.

•In fourth season, episode 17 ("Model Tia") Tamera's voice sounds like she just had an inflammation of the throat. Kink of cute, though!
