My mates mean an awful lot to me, and I hope that I mean a lot to them too. I have quite a few mates, but there are only a select few who know nearly all about me. Because they mean so much to me, I'm going to tell you about them and I hope that you will get to see how nice they really are.
We've been best mates since the dawn of time and I couldn't live without her. She knows all my deep dark secrets and whenever I'm down she'll drop everything to be with me. She is the best friend I could ever have and I hope that everyone reading this has someone like her. She's one in a million and I love her to bits. Well, she's great basically.
This is my philosophical mate who I can have deep maningful chats with. Actually, I get all the goss from her about Asif the guy I like who she works with. She's a great listener and knows more about me than most. She's trustworthy and as she says we haven't been friends for long, but she's very special to me too. She's funny but laughs without making any noise; a great feat when I'm trying to tell her some smutty joke. Never mind, I will succeed:)
Or Mush as she is known to her mates, well me actually. She's my guru (a private joke). I am going away with her in October to hassle as many men as possible in London and when we come back I'll stick some pics up for all to see. She's dead cool and I can tell her anything as well. We haven't been mates that long but for the time we have been we've never argued. Great stuff.
Mel's best mate. She's funny and very in your face. The life and soul of everything, but that's what we love about her.
Just because they're grouped doesn't mean they're any less a friend to me. Quite the opposite. I've been friends with this lot for years and i hope it stays that way. I met Glen over the internet, and he's someone who I know that I can tell anything to and he won't judge me about it. If ever you need someone to talk to, Glen is always there (except when he's ill) and I hope he'll be a part of my life for many months to come
Well, these are the major people in my life. But, I have to mention one other person. Asif. Although we weren't friend that long and I made a complete mess of things, while we were I was one of the happiest people bouncing around Jersey and it's just a shame that small mindedness put a stop to that.
