The requirements to join Delta Elite are actually quite simple.
You have to contact one of the officers listed below, and set up a test date.
To pass all you have to do is Knife the instructor, avoid anyone knifing you,
or keep up a score 4/5 of the score of the officer giving the entrance test.
If the instructor knifes you the game is over and you have to try out another time.
