My Collections
*I love to collect everything!*
I collect snow domes. Everyone who knows me brings me back a snow dome every time they go on a trip. We also have some from McDonalds and Holiday ones. My favorite is a big one my Uncle Steve gave me for Christmas. It has music and a ballerina in it. I have 22 globes in all and adding some all the time.
Beanie Babies are one of my favorite collections. Last time we counted I had 84 of them. My favorite is Sting. My friends like Valentino, Flip and Teddy. Some ways to display your Beanies is in plastic shoe holders that hang from the back of the door. You can put one or two Beanies in each pouch. Another thing you can use to display your beanies is a hanging vegetable baskets. I have over 30 of them in one of them, and it keeps them off the floor. I love the new Iggy the Iguana. I like that it has rainbow material. Never take the tags off of you Beanie's. If you do they won't be worth as much. I sold a double Chops 6 months ago for $45 dollars. I also collected the McDonalds ones and have a complete set. You can get updates on retired Beanies and lists to keep you up to date on what you have, on the official Beanie Baby page by TY. There are also fun things to do and even pages you can print and color. You can also print out two list by clicking on beanie list for the non-retired and clicking on the retired list for the retired list. You may print out the lists and use them as check lists.
I also collect American Girl dolls. I got Molly last year when I graduated from kindergarten. My Dad got me Josephina for my birthday. I bought myself Samantha with my own money. I love to read the books with my Mom. I espaecially like Molly because she is alot like me. Her clothes looks like mine and she likes to tap like I do. There is a great little store near us that has great clothes and my mom and I go there sometimes. I am saving my money to get Felicity next. This summer I am going to go to Colonial Williamsburg with my family and taking the Felicity tour. I can't wait!!! My favorite stories are the Addy stories because she was so strong. She was afraid, but she never showed it. I like Addy. I started a collection of grin pins and cards. If anyone is interested in trading pins or cards please e-mail me.
Some of the other things that I collect is rocks and shells. They have to be different for me to keep them. My mom says enough is enough. I like it when we find something pretty just walking around. I keep them in two different old fashion glass milk bottles. I also like coins from other countries, but I only have a few from when we went to Canada, and when my Nani and Papi went to Spain.
