Our love used to be
as strong as the black hole
it was never ending-love
there was never a toll.
I loved you with all I could
I love you now
You said you loved me
You even made a vow
"I'll care for you forever"
You once told me
"Nobody else will take your place"
That was a lie as you can clearly see
and now as I walk up to the window
I see you laughing with joy
And your beautiful second wife
and a small baby boy.
It's cold out here
in the freezing snow
a tear sheds from my eye
as I turn to go.
But as I turn to leave
a great force takes over me
I want to be happy too
Just as we once were.
I reached in my purse
said a prayer or two
then pulled back the hammer
a a bullet flew.
But it missed me you see
hit you instead
right in the heart
so now YOU'RE dead.
