trent is a small university in peterborough, ontario. it is set at the north end of the city along the otonabee river. trent is still relatively young, as far as universities go, established in the late 1960s and with less than 5000 fulltime students.
on the other hand, trent has ranked consistently among the top 5 undergraduate universities in canada for the last several years. i think it's a pretty special place. small class sizes, a beautiful setting, wonderful professors and lots of individual attention make all the difference here.
