There's always Domino on the distant horizon if Sweet Vengeance doesn't happen.
On IMBD Domino has a running time of 89 minutes where filmaffinity has a running time of 148 minutes and Wikipedia has a running time of 145 minutes.
I can see Sweet Vengeance working at the box office so I'll be surprised if this movie doesn't happen. It has better possibilities then the box office posion that was Redacted and Passion.

As for Passion, it was made for the European market, US distributors "blacklisted" De Palma since Mission to Mars!
