"Well, I'm just not an alien." -- Barclay. "Computer, delete Paris." -- the Doctor.19. Elogium "You can't mean that my body lacks dirt?" -- Kes. "Kes, please come out. You can eat anything you want." -- Neelix "In the future, if I have any questions about mating behavior, I'll know where to go." -- Janeway to Chakotay, much to the delight of those who want to see them get together. "I'd call that an example of indiscreet shipboard fraternization." -- Chakotay. "Sorry I missed it." -- Paris. "It appears that we've lost our sex appeal, Captain." -- Tuvok.20. Non Sequitur "Harry, you better be dying." -- Lasca to Kim after he pleads illness to avoid an important meeting. "Why does everyone say 'relax' when they're about to do something terrible?" -- Kim, who does get to say interesting stuff every now and then.21. Twisted "When every logical course of action is exhausted, the only logical course that remains is inaction." -- Tuvok, and you just can't get 'em any more Vulcan than that. "Maybe this is one bear we can't wrestle to the ground." -- Chakotay in his idiom.22. Parturition "Set a course for planet Hell, Commander." -- Janeway. "You sub-class genus." -- Neelix to Paris. "I'll kill you!" -- Neelix. "It's too late! I'm betting your hair pasta already did the trick!" -- Paris. "On my homeworld it's so much simpler. You choose a mate for life. There’s no distrust, no jealousy, no envy, no betrayal." -- Kes. "Hmm, your world must have very dry literature." -- the Doctor. "I had no right to push that pasta into your lap." -- Neelix. "She is far more devious than I ever suspected." -- Doctor about Kes.25. Cold Fire "There are people, but there's so little life." -- Tanis to Kes about Voyager. Resistance "And now, your foolishness has condemned another innocent woman." -- Augris to Caylem.28. Prototype "It would be inadvisable for your captain to provoke us." -- 3947 making a robot-style threat. "Who are we to swoop in, play God, then continue on our way without the slightest consideration of the long-term effects of our actions?" -- Janeway showing off her understanding of the Prime Directive. "39...Do you mind if I call you '39?'" -- Torres. "I am 3947." -- Mr. Party. "According to my observations, there is now sufficient reason for greater optimism." -- 3947. "You took the words right out of my mouth." -- Torres.29. Alliances "If you suggest we abandon our principles just because we're out of hailing range..." -- Janeway to Chakotay. "You can't have it both ways, Commander. If you want to get in the mud with the Kazon, you can't complain that you might get dirty." -- Janeway. "How can this one ship survive?" -- Mabus.
