Shockray was the Ground Assualt Cmdr .. He specialized in tactical fighting ..Often the Vanguard for all fights , he worked closely with the Aerospace Department during war time , (Everday mostly) ..Able to inspire troops , also , gathered intelligence on all troops in order to keep treachery in check .. Head of the Decepticon Special Operations Division , was able to download , secret intell on all Comabatants .. Autobot and Decepticon alike ..After the death of Omegatron , was forced to take command of the Battalia after a bold move by Aereospace Cmdr Starscreamus , in a Coup De Grace , Attacked Starscreamus during his Victory speach .. Thus winning the support of the majority of the population .. He then re-worked the Battalia into the Decepticon High Command .. Shockray functions to this day ..But in upgraded form.
