PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Ingredients

1 cup undiluded evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 jar (12 ounces) crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet. Set over medium heat, bring to boiling, and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until evenly blended.
3. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan and spread to the corners. Chill before cutting into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds fudge
