I know not your name,
but I do know your heart.
It feels as mine does,
broken apart!

You're valiant efforts,
to find those alive.
Give me and many others,
the courage and strength to strive.

To live our lives,
from day to day.
Knowing we can't do more,
than give blood, money and pray.
I am proud to be an American!
