The Sears Tower in Chicago. The tallest building in the USA. I spent a couple of days in Chicago and saw no boarded-up buildings, no burned-out houses, no piles of garbage, no crimes committed, no panhandlers, no bums, no winos, no crackheads, etc. Just a lot of well maintained houses, apartments and wonderfully restored buildings.
